Bought hinges that said they were reversible can’t get them to reverse. They sent me a note saying they would reverse. I had a friend try it. They couldn’t get it either …so far waste of my money for 2nd door.

I required very specific hinges, I had lots to choose from with good descriptions and what I received was even better and higher quality than I figured it would be. Great packaging and a clean experience - totally 5 Star service.

I place the item on the phone and then get an email saying the item is out of stock for several weeks. I missed the email, so I'm waiting around for something that I should have had (most retailers have figured out by not how to do an accurate accounting of their stock) days ago.

I wish the filters could be interconnected for residentials and commercial. It took multiple attempts to find compromise on my request.
Example: Looking for Commercial Exterior hinge Stainless steel 4”x 4.25 ball baring or spring loaded square with 5/8” corner for 2” thick door

Settled on through filters setting and existed product offering:
Residential steinless steel standard pin 4x4.25 with 5/8” corner for 1 3/4” thick door

I’m not sure if the outcome is because my desired hinge doesn’t exists (no one manufactured it) or the set up of the filters in two main branches Residential or Commercial; and non existence of 4.25 size in Commercial section? Maybe mine ignorance of non application of 4.25” in Commercial settings.
