Customer service was the big win here. Hayley provided literally the most empathetic, caring, and compassionate experience I've had with a home insurance person in my 44 years of life. Give her a raise and then multiply it times ten. Seriously. My policy rates skyrocketed this year from (apparently) all the crazy natural disasters taking place and while I am sympathetic/empathetic with everyone suffering from that, it's up to you (yes YOU, Hippo) to diversify your financials apart from everyone else in this industry to not force your policyholders to carry the bag for you when shit hits the fan (pardon my french). Hayley helped me revise my policy so that it didn't break the bank and maintained affordability without shopping other providers. Again, that woman is worth her weight in gold on an exponential level. SHE alone is the reason I'm giving you above a 2 star rating.
