Car leasing made simple and easy

Easy to use, staff are very helpful and pleasant, they have time to explain the process with you. Second time I’ve used them. Car was delivered today by Ian. F it was a smooth transaction. He explained and showed me around the car. A class service.

Poor service and informaion…

Initial request was picked up and responded to quickly, however information was Incomplete, part exchange was not gone through, I had to ask, but cost was unacceptable ..last bit was a later phone call asking for more money, even though contract had been signed and agreed, very unprofessional

Simple, straightforward and friendly

The whole process was straightforward. From initial enquiry I was contacted by Kamaal who was friendly and understanding. He explained clearly anything I needed to know and was contactable whenever I needed. A portal was setup for me to search. The process was not pushy at all and I felt all the better for the approach. Once I picked a car it was just as easy. Delivery was arranged for a set day of my choosing. Pete came to deliver and do the handover - again, he was friendly and made me feel at ease. Delivery was 9am which I didn't expect with the car coming from quite far away. A really pleasant process from start to finish. My second car bought through Hippo.

5/5 Service

I made the journey up from London to collect my new Polestar 2 and honestly Hippo blew me away from start to finish.

Matthew Pye and Lewis Casson were brilliant throughout the whole process, really knowledgeable, always responsive and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car. They made what can be a stressful experience feel completely effortless and I couldn't have asked for better support.

Arriving at the Blackburn branch, the receptionist greeted us immediately with a big smile and had refreshments in our hands before we'd even had a chance to take in the surroundings. And the surroundings are worth taking in, the showroom genuinely looks and feels like a 5 star hotel. Immaculate, beautifully presented and operating at a scale I really wasn't expecting having only ever come across Hippo online and through their ads.

Rahees handed over the keys and walked me around the car thoroughly, taking his time to answer every question I had about aftersales without any rushing. Really efficient and really reassuring.

The Polestar 2 itself was in outstanding condition, valeted to an incredibly high standard, and even the air freshener they had in the car was a lovely touch that added to the whole premium feel of the handover.

Having spent years working in the automotive industry myself, I can say with complete confidence that Hippo is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Absolutely outstanding.

Lack of Customer Service After completing my Order Form & Paying…

After completing my Order Form & Paying my Admin Fee of £294 I have heard nothing since. This is despite trying, unsuccessfully, to contact my 'named' agent dealing with my Order 'Jade' via repeated phone calls, non being answered. Yesterday 17th April I again contacted the Account Manager I originally dealt with, James Mann, who promised to get the other agent to call me back. It is now 18th April and after trying to contact 'anyone' I have received no further response. Once contacted, if I can cancel my Order, I will do so. Customer Service does not appear to matter within Hippo Leasing!!!!
