Mo is an asset to your company
I would like to say WOW. The service I have just received from your driver MO was second to none. He went above and beyond his role to insure delivery of my package. He kept me updated and even though he was turned away from the address Mo tried again until he succeeded. Service was generally good.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that, despite my instructions to leave the parcel in the recycling bin if no one was home, my wife was actually in. However, the delivery person made no attempt to ring the doorbell or knock. We only realized the parcel had arrived about 30 minutes later, after I checked my email and reviewed the doorbell footage.
Aside from that, the service was good.

The best delivery company by a mile
The best delivery company by a mile. Nicest drivers and deliver when they say they will. Cannot fault them. Once I had a delayed delivery due by 4pm - delivered after 9pm. At first was concerned why it was so late in the absence of any information- it turns out that the driver went to get another van so that he could finish his round. Top service

Always a great customer experience with HIVED. The driver was very professional and friendly and he kindly carried my box all the way up to my door. The package was handled with great care and delivered right on time. Definitely the best courier company in London. Massive well done to the driver and the whole team!
