Not only rapid delivery, but the person delivering called us since we were out and asked for instruction as to where he should leave the parcel. Very impressive - and much better service than Amazon!

Delivered quickly
Delivered quickly. The delivery person came up to the 7th floor and left it outside as I asked. (Because I have a yappy dog)

This was the best delivery from Hive…
This was the best delivery from Hive I’ve had. The courier didn’t just dump tge parcel like they usually do but waited for me to open the door and handed it to me. Makes a huge difference to me as an older person not having to lean down over a step to lift a heavy parcel. Small but important difference.
