Not only rapid delivery, but the person delivering called us since we were out and asked for instruction as to where he should leave the parcel. Very impressive - and much better service than Amazon!

Delivery promised by supplier from 10-7pm but last week delivered after 10pm! And this week predicted to be same … this is perishable food and you can’t reschedule so poor service

So happy with delivery of my Gousto. Previously they was using DPD and the delivery was horrendous! Was even considering cancelling our subscription because I was at my wits end with the lack of care of our food! But today Hive delievered our food and I couldn't be any more happy with the service. I hope the standards continue!
