Not only rapid delivery, but the person delivering called us since we were out and asked for instruction as to where he should leave the parcel. Very impressive - and much better service than Amazon!

The delivery was very swift and sooner…
The delivery was very swift and sooner than what I expected. I didn’t expect any delivery on Sunday and I got a small in the morning to notify me. The delivery was very respectful as well.

Living in a gated community often…
Living in a gated community often results in delivery services finding it too difficult to follow simple instructions, but HiVED delivered my item on time, and followed delivery instructions to the letter!

Driver called ahead of the delivery and was able to hide the parcel in a secure location since I wasn’t home.

Slick operation
I wasn't going to be in on the day they were delivering and was able to reschedule, including over the weekend. First plus point.
On the day, I stepped out for a coffee and saw the courier as I was walking up to the flat. He asked my name and ensured that I could open the door before handing me the delivery. Good to be 100% sure, right? Second plus point
