Sold fake Labubu. Contacted them to arrange a refund havent hesrd back despite it being 4 days. Arranging with bank to reverse payment.

Can't complain about the ordering and delivering. But false tik tok labubu avertiising, with receiving fake Labubu's. Very disappointed at 14.99 each .... which myself I should have realised!!

Great delivery and well packaged…
Great delivery and well packaged product. I’ve been looking for Dubai chocolate forever . They have a great selection of sweet treats in this store and this looked like the real deal but I’ve had Fit chocolate which I think I preferred. Advice The chocolate was melted a little due to the warm weather so store in the fridge.

Quick service
Easy ordering & paying process. Was bit wary of the condition of the parcel of this order. (This was due to previous order delivered with box ripped, bashed and contents part out of the box). I'm happy to say this delivery was much better received, the box still slightly smashed and tape unstuck from box but contents intact. This on the whole isn't company's fault when leaving their shop. I still would like a more secure way of delivery, though appreciate boxes are more recyclable than mailbags. Thank you for quick service & delivery.
