Once contacted, customer service was fast and friendly
Apologies, I gave them one star because they had sent the wrong order and didn't reply to my email. But I called them, and the email got lost in the shuffle or spam folder. They apologised, sent the correct product and let me keep the candy they had mistakenly sent me in record time.

Tin was dented when unwrapped
Tin was dented when unwrapped. Since it was well wrapped and there was no damage on the delivery box then I can only assume it was dented before wrapping. Too late to change as part of a birthday present so did not contact seller.
