I had an excellent service from this company from start to finish. I ordered a door and a couple of drawer fronts. The drawer fronts I needed were not online but I sent a photo of the existing ones to Marie and she went out her way to help. They are exactly what I need and arrived exactly on time. I’m renovating a house with a tight Christmas deadline and this company did not let me down like others have at this busy time.

Excellent service, quality product and a very reasonable price. Delivery was an issue to the north of Scotland but Toby went above and beyond to make sure we could receive what we wanted. Excellent communication and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend. If only other companies treated their customers so well …. And it was only a small order. Thank you

We had a great experience with HKUK, especially thanks to Marie, who put up with a lot of dilly dallying as we tried to decide what fronts we wanted for our kitchen cupboards. They ended up manufacturing some that fitted perfectly, in all senses of the word.

We had an excellent experience. The first consultation was extremely helpful. We had a big kitchen to refit and were doing the work ourselves so had a lot of plumbing plastering electrics and decorating to do before we were ready to order. There was no pressure- just great customer service when we did order - including taking all my order details off a spreadsheet and filling the basket for me. The order came on time, carefully wrapped and in good order. The kitchen is not yet finished but the HKUK order is mostly installed and looks great. Would definitely use again.

From ordering to delivery service was excellent second to none

The quality of the items (kitchen base & cupboard end panels) are excellent better than the original

Spent months looking for a unit to fit a weird sized gap in the kitchen, finally found it with these guys. Needed to try and order some extra individual bits that weren't available on the site and they got it all sorted for me.
On delivery it seems the courier managed to damage the item and this was all resolved in a couple of days.
Excellent customer service, won't hesitate to order with them again, especially for a bigger project.

Absolutely brilliant, ordered £250 worth of doors the choice if colours and styles of doors was brilliant every size you could want they even have a bespoke service where you can enter your own sizes for a couple of quid extra , After receiving my order I decided to do the whole kitchen as the quality was that good spending another £1500 which was really cheap as was looking at 3k elsewhere ,im quite handy and did everything myself but anyone could use a tape measure and order the doors/ side panels etc in fact the whole kitchen is available here
the ease of ordering online and delivery on time make it a joy, instead of trailing around listening to
salesmen and spending a fortune ( i did my neighbours kitchen too she got quoted £23,000 but only cost 4k plus worktops here) also doing daughters soon

First time I've used HKUK and I'm glad I did! I came across them on-line when I was searching for specific hinges. They had them in stock at a great price. I ordered them on Tuesday and they were delivered on Thursday morning as promised. Marie kept me updated on my order by email. Great service even for such a relatively small order. I would definitely recommend HKUK and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

My kitchen door/drawer replacement project started with local firms but they made it clear they were only really interested in installing a brand new kitchen. I luckily found HKUK and then researched it, read the multiple good reviews and thank goodness I did. I cannot fault HKUK and especially my contact Marie. From start to finish the service we have received has been excellent. Not only is the quality of the doors/drawers better than those I am replacing but they are half the price of the local firms. Also, I made a mistake with my measurements and the replacement door and drawer have been ordered and supplied in super quick time. You will not be disappointed with this firm.

Trying to replace an old kitchen door was difficult as no one had the design until I came across this company. The service that I received was fantastic and the replacement door was perfect in everyway, size, colour and match.

I replaced all my kitchen doors and drawer unit front. There were a good selection of styles and colours to choose from. The communication with the office from the beginning, ordering and then later the installation team was excellent. Quality and price of the refurbishment was great. I would highly recommend this company.
