Prior to working with the guys at HMC Property Group I had 2 free strategy calls with them to be sure our values aligned which they completely superseded, I knew instantly I wanted to work with them.
Their service truly is completely hands off, and what I liked most about working with James & Jamie other than their above and beyond customer service is that their own fee’s are the last thing to be discussed and they’re solely focused on customer service above all.
I never thought I’d be able to invest in property over 200 miles from home with such ease and confidence, all of which is down to James & Jamie.
Would 100% recommend these guys & I’ll be using them for my next investment for sure!

First time using HMC Property Group and the process was great from start to finish.

James & Jamie were very proactive throughout the whole process and we received regular updates so we always knew exactly where we were at. They stepped in and helped out when we had a minor set back with the gas certification and resolved the issue very quickly which was much appreciated.
