HMC Property Group LTD Avis

Both James and Jamie at HMC have been and are an ongoing massive help!! From guiding me through the whole process to sending me updates and pointing me in the right direction whenever i needed it.

Will definitely be purchasing through these guys again and building a great working and personal relationship together.

HMC (Jamie and James) managed to find a buyer for my property, whilst it was on the market and beat the high street agents! Not only did they find me a buyer - the whole process from viewings to completion took just under 8 weeks! The process was a dream! Their constant communication, attention to detail, attentiveness and care has been incredible.

I would highly encourage any seller or buyer to speak with Jamie and James to assist in your property journey. They are true professionals and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you!

Jamie’s support in not only finding the property but helping throughout the purchasing process was invaluable. As I am busy within and outside of work I had limited time and capacity to take on the intricacies of purchasing a property- Jamie was great in steering my attention to what needed to be done and when in order to complete the purchase as quick as possible with all parties happy in the transaction

James and Jamie have been first class would recommend this service to everyone !!!

I have recently acquired my first property with the HMC Property Group (the first of many).

They offer an excellent, bespoke, knowledgeable and responsive service providing an excellent base for any property investor.

Additionally, the bespoke property deals on offer represent exciting opportunities and outstanding prospects for future income and capital appreciation.

Jamie and James provided me with a great turnkey investment that they were able to secure below market value.
As a fairly new investor I felt supported throughout the conveyancing process. They were able to recommend a very helpful mortgage broker too.
I’m sure this won’t be the last time I ask them to source a property for me. In the meantime I have recommended their services to close friends

I worked with Jamie and James on a property deal and right from the start of our strategy meeting both these guys have been professional, courteous and ultra efficient. I really liked the passion in which they follow up your case and keep you up to date every step of the deal. They even let me tap into their 'power team' which compliments their working style. Deal sourcers should always have client's interest at the core of a deal - both Jamie and James follow exactly that and they deliver it. I can 100% recommend them and advice you, dont just go with 5 star reviews here, get that 30min initial meeting with them and you can thank me later.

These guys are changing the game. I've had the pleasure of recently working with Jamie on a deal. He’s worth every penny, he knows what he’s talking about and he’s not like other sources out there that just want to get paid and walk away. He took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted and delivered!

I have recently worked with Jamie on a project ( property sourced for me) and can honestly say would recommend to anyone, it wasnt just the property that was sourced for me jamie provided a service throughout the conveyancing to ensure the deal was completed - certainly hope to use again in the near future
