Successful Travel Cancellation w/Efficiency!
I called Alaskan Air to cancel a returning flight to then reschedule at a later time. Gill Williams answered the phone. He was professional, proficient in his job and gave excellent customer service with a plethera of knowledge. He helped me with the cancelation and figured out the proper way to effectively not incur further charges toward my travel plans. Incompetence
We contacted ViaHoliday directly to book a Groupon deal including flights and a hotel overlooking Barcelona's cathedral. By their own admission, ViaHoliday booked the wrong hotel - one by the same name but in an entirely different town in Spain. They have confirmed there's nothing they can do since the holiday booked was non-refundable. Had the holiday been booked as advertised, there would have been no need to cancel or refund our booking. This cannot be considered a serious or professional company. Beware!
