3.5* I’d say! I successfully got a visa for my initial trip but full transparency - it wasn’t my ideal situation and outcome. I was helped by Sarah and she was very communicative with me which was great.
I needed an appointment for a Schengen visa in London for Greece (which is what I paid the deposit for) and for the duration of the summer as I have a couple trips booked. I had previously had 3 x 6-month Schengen visas which I submitted proof of. After already paying the deposit, Sarah advised that she was able to get me an appointment through Malta VFS however it was up in Manchester; and the appointment date was 12 business days before my date of travel. This did cost me extra in train tickets; hotel costs; annual leave and stress which wasn’t ideal. Overall I luckily received a multi-entry visa in time for my first trip. Unfortunately the visa was only for 1 month (which is out of their control), and I have to go through the process again for my other trips this summer.
