What made our experience great with Gareth and his team was that they clearly demonstrated their experience at every stage, especially with moving older people (my parents are in their 80's).
They did everything they could to make the job of moving house as stress free as possible, and all the family would not hesitate to recommend them for their value, efficiency and consideration.

Outstanding service from Hollins and from Gareth in setting up the move.
We moved from Cheshire down to Surrey, requiring an overnight stay by the removal team. Making it more awkward, we wanted to move in on the Monday, requiring packing to be done on the Sunday. No problems. A team of 5 came to pack the vans for us and couldn't have been more helpful. Then when they came to move us in, they put everything exactly where we wanted it, including working out how to completely dismantle a wardrobe to get it over the top of the stairs and into our bedroom.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The team really put me at ease and took the stress off a very busy day. Organised, punctual and careful. Great protection equipment used to cover my belongings so they didnt get damaged, even a front protector. Highly recommended, will use again.

My move was on, my move was off, my move was on.... Gareth and his team dealt with my changes excellently, no qualms, no hassle.

On the day of the move 4 blokes (including Gareth) arrive at exactly the time they said they would and worked until they had finished. Clean, polite, helpful and friendly, they packed everything for us, we didn't need to lift a thing (pun intended). Couldn't recommend any firm any higher, they are great.

Great professional service! All my possessions were safely packed and delivered. Floors protected and front door padded to prevent damage. Friendly guys couldn’t do enough and even helped rebuild my wardrobe which was not quoted! Would thoroughly recommend!

I can’t praise Gareth, Stuart and Caitlin enough. They made a potentially stressful moving house day almost relaxing. Gareth was very understanding when I had to originally cancel my first move date. On the day they worked incredibly hard while I sat and watched 🙊. They handled my property with care using all protective covering for carpets and doors. All 3 of them were helpful, pleasant and couldn’t do enough for me. 100% recommend from me 😊

I required help emptying a storage locker to our new home, they were not only very efficient and professional, but also kind and friendly to be around. They encouraged me to sit and relax while they emptied the locker and assembled furniture where we required it.

Going a step further they had assembled a wardrobe that wasn’t safe having a piece missing from our initial move (we moved dissembled this ourselves no fault of this companies). They advised us that it would be safer to not use this wardrobe and moved it into the garage flat packed. No complaining at all! And assembled another piece of furniture for us, moving things around to make the most efficient use of the space we had.

All flooring was covered and protected!

Gareth and his crew did a fantastic job of moving my parents to live nearer to us. This was a big deal as they are elderly and had last moved house 61 years ago. Hollins Removals & Storage went out of their way to make the whole process go as smoothly as possible, and were at all times, organised, efficient, resourceful and respectful. Communication beforehand and on the day was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. They even made the bed up completely so there would be somewhere to sleep in the midst of the endless unpacking. We highly recommend this business. Try them!

Gareth came to view and advise prior to the move, very friendly, informative and very professional.
On the morning of the move Gareth and his team arrived at 6-45 am and started to load straight away.
Most thing were pre-packed and all our clothes were boxed in plastic containers all with hangers very secure.
They never stopped until the wagon was loaded and everything was completed some four and half hours later. Nothing was to much trouble .
On arrival at the new property they were there waiting for us i don't think they even stopped for any breakfast.
Once again the started to unload straight away, communications were BRILLIANT and again nothing was to much trouble for the team. They advised us on matters as they were unloading.
They were all so friendly and really enjoyed their work.
We cannot thank them enough for such a BRILLIANT JOB.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, absolutely fabulous.
