We had a lot of messing around before our removal date was finally confirmed and thank goodness we were able to use Gareth's services. He, Jay and his team were both professional and friendly. They know exactly what they are doing and Gareth must be an exceptional player at Tetrus as he packed his trucks brilliantly. One of the main reasons for the 5 star rating was that they went about their work with out fuss or complaint. Gareth in particular insisted we relax and let them do the work. This was very welcome at the end of a very difficult house sale. I would use them again without hesitation and strongly recommend them to anyone moving anything.

Absolutely first class. I live in the Middle East and needed packaging and removal and these guys just took care of it. These guys do exactly what you need - just take care of it for me, thanks. Done. I asked for a little extra favour and it was done too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Don’t bother searching out alternative quotes; get the best, and that’s these guys. From first contact to request a quote (found company on Facebook), Gareth and Team were very responsive and promptly visited to talk through my removal needs. Gareth kept in contact whilst waiting for exchange and completion and gave me confidence that everything would be ok. It’s been 17 years since I last moved house and lots of changes etc.

On moving day Gareth, Jay and the Team were super organised, professional and took great care of my possessions. Nothing was too much trouble, you could tell they are a Team that works well together on the day and logistically planned to make unloading at my new house run smoothly. Highly recommend this company for a professional and friendly experience. Whilst I only moved half a mile a way, they took the stress out of the day. Thank you!

Gareth, Jay and the whole team have been absolutely superb. They were patient, kind and flexible with me when there were some unexpected delays and really offered a personalised service from start to finish. All my questions were answered very quickly and positively before the move, and on the day my belongings were handled with care and attention. The whole team really took care to make sure I was comfortable and at ease with what was happening, even down to making sure everything was as I wanted it in the new house. Amazing. Gareth and his team were efficient, kind, considerate, flexible and thoroughly nice people who did everything possible to make the move as stress free. They were upbeat and reassuring each time there was a change and delay in our removal arrangements. The whole move, which was long distance, and took 2 days was carried out with great care and compassion and to make things even better, very affordable. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them.

Gareth and Jay were great. Hard-working, pleasant, flexible guys who made everything work smoothly on the day. Good communications in advance of the move and the icing on the cake was that they even arranged for flat cleaning and rubbish disposal afterwards.

We chose Hollins Removals because they were local and offered us good value at a fair price. We were really pleased that we went with Hollins because their service and professionalism was excellent. It made our moving day much less stressful - and they seem to be a decent bunch too. Jay & Gareth consulted us throughout the day and they were very focused on doing a good job for us.

We particularly liked the way they protected our furniture - taking care with fragile items and made sure there were no breakages or damages done. Whenever an item of ours had a scratch or chip they politely showed it to us so we wouldn't assume the damage was done in the move.

Everything ran very smoothy. They packed and moved us really well and we couldn't thank them enough. Great job!

Hollins Removals we’re fantastic, what I thought would be a stressful moving day turned out to be one of the easiest moving days I have experienced. Gareth and Jay turned up with four other guys and cleared our house and garden within two hours, we just stood in the kitchen twiddling our thumbs. They were all incredibly polite and professional and completely took the stress out of a house move, I would definitely recommend them and would use them again (but never moving 😊)
