I think they FINALLY got shutdown because their website isn’t available anymore. However I still have YET to receive my product (ordered November 29, 2024. it is now March 14, 2025). Around the time I ordered I would check to see if they would give me a tracking number of some sort and kept checking back day after day. After a few days, I began to read reviews about the website, and they made sense. What was happening to me was happening to other people, and it didn’t take me long to realize this company is full of sh**. Due to the reviews and my personal perception of the company, i requested a refund and emailed them, and what do you know? No response. It amazes me how long it took for this website to be shut down, almost 3 years of reports of people getting scammed by this company is absolutely diabolical. I do thank them for one thing and that’s the lesson I learned, always read the reviews, FAQs, and their social media. I hope one day we get an answer as to WHY they kept their website up for so long if they were never going to ship them out. It just doesn’t make sense, if your company is not in the best condition, why are you gonna sell things that consumers will probably NEVER receive. I’ve heard people say that they’ve got emails back from customer service saying “it’s only 2 people working”, “it’s coming soon”, “we’ll update you soon”. It kind of reminds me of the rapper Playboi Carti, his highly anticipated album “I Am music” was delayed multiple times and pushed back further for months, but it finally dropped. My point is that atleast he DROPPED, this company has no hope, especially now that it appears they have shut down.

Ordered product January 2023 and it NEVER came. It’s 2025. Have I waited long enough? They owe me $57.56

Ordered what I thought were Xmas presents for grandkids on Nov 6 and paid $184 at that time. I get an apology email on Nov 30 saying sorry for delay- due to “ logistic problems”. Said I should hear something in a week- crickets.
This company is a scam and we should file a class action lawsuit. They are not BBB accredited so probably my own fault. Pretty lousy people that do this especially at this time of year.

Placed an order for over $100 12/2/24, have received zero updates on my order and requested multiple times. I ordered from here about three years ago and although it took some time I received the items so I did not realize this company is potentially stealing money. If I do not receive my order or an update I will report to the better business bureau and highly suggest everyone else here does as well

If I could give this a negative I would. Worst experience ever. But really, I should say worst transaction, since I have not received any communication to have an experience. Purchased 12/2023 and it's now 2/2024. Went to check my order number and the website is no longer active on Shopify. Phone numbers don't work, and emails are undeliverable. Like everyone else, out my money. However, the co-founder is so happy talking about how he spear-headed Hologear to $12M in sales the first 5 years and is still active. How can we all start a class action lawsuit? I still to this day have heard nothing or received nothing! They owe us our money back!

As with everyone else I ordered a basketball and football for my son for Christmas in October of 2022 it’s now February of 2024 I’ve emailed countless times they won’t respond nor send my items or give my money back. Need to start a class action suit or something since they kept advertising and taking money for years after they stopped being a legit business!

I never got my order from last christmas and here they are again advertising this year! Customer service told me they are a small business of 4 people and it was coming. Then I never heard from them again despite lots of follow-up

Hologear is a scam. Do not order from them! I placed an order one year ago. They don’t always reply to my customer support and when they due they promise my order is being treated but it never is.

Ordered the basketball November 2022. Still haven't received it. Emails are bouncing back and online form won't submit. SCAM!!!!

I placed an order for one basketball on 5th Dec 2022 and it has still not arrived. despite repeated attempts to make contact - they have disappeared.
I demand a refund and am now raising a complaint with the ACCC in Australia

My order never arrived, and any attempts at contacting the company are met with an automated response. AVOID at all costs, unless you like handing over money for nothing.

I never got my order (jacket). Mails were never answered and facebook messages will be replied by an automatic answer that they are not available right now. It is a scam. Never got my money back or anything.

Over $230 worth of gear that never arrived. A few emails explaining they are a small business experiencing shipping issues. Now, they do not reply. Really sad.

I haven't recieved anything, not a tracking number, nothing, and they don't answer on email. Rly bad.

Habe im Dezember 2022 bestellt und sofort bezahlt.
Bis heute noch keine Lieferung, anfangs wurden meinen Anfragen noch beantwortet und ich wurde gebeten geduldig zu sein. Seit Wochen erhalte ich keine Antwort mehr.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

100% scam. I stupidly placed an order in November and was sucked in - nothing has ever arrived. A couple of emails (many more unresponded to) with excuses but no fulfilment of order. They have no phone number so you can’t call and talk to anyone which rings more alarm bells. Do not order anything through this company.

I placed an order in December 2022 and it is now April!! No basketballs for my boys. I emailed them, but all I get are lame excuses. I'm actually shocked that these people are still in business of stealing people's money! I'm going to report a fraud claim with them and I suggest everyone else do the same. They may get away with stealing, but GOD sees all and knows all! You will be held accountable for your actions Hologear. Repent or hell fire awaits you!
