Omg . I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering . I ordered a basketball for my son for Christmas and they took my money right away but I cant even get a shipping number or an email response back from them . 😡

This company is terrible not one positive review about this company. I ordered a basketball over a month ago and I haven’t gotten it yet and was charged for expedited shipping. They provided me with a tracking number but every time I track my package there is no tracking information on it. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered 6 basketballs and 3 footballs on October 25, for my nephews and grandkids for Christmas! It is now December 3rd and still no product! Gonna check into legal proceedings for my $440 and do everything I can so that nobody ever orders from this company! Not only disappointed I’m angry for the thievery from this company!! If they think I’m lying, I’ve got the proof, I took a screenshot of my order confirmation!

I ordered a football jersey and a hologear basketball on their special sale last Labor Day. After many messages to the company ( no response), I Never received anything and had to file to get my money back.
Update 12/13/2022 I received the basketball today, only 2 months later than I needed it for a birthday. No jersey though. What can I say!

I ordered a soccer ball from their official website. It arrived 3 weeks later but from China not USA. The ball doesn't reflect at all. It doesn't even has a logo on it. It looks like a cheap ,poor quality ball. I sm very disappointed.

I would never recommend this company awful I ordered 2 basketballs & a sleeve for Christmas 2021 I only received the 2 basketballs I emailed, called, no response back, now leave me no choice but to write this review terrible customer service, the sleeve it self is $29.99, and the balls are little than expected but pissed I didn’t get what I paid for they’ll take your money and you will not get all you order be aware

Jag beställde basketboll och ett par hologlasses i November för att ge till mitt barnbarn i Julklapp.Efter någon vecka fick jag mail med tracking info, jag blev ju glad och hoppfull att det skulle hinna fram i tid till Jul. Någon vecka senare kom det ett mail där de beklagade försening i leverans av min order! Efter upprepade kontakter via mail har de nu slutat svara. I det sista mailet skrev de: "We have run into a chain supply chain issue" och "Please rest assured that your holiday order will arrive and there is no need to worry".
Jag har börjat inse att jag blivit lurad och att de aldrig haft för avsikt att skicka min order.

It has been a little over 6 months since or ordered my package, and then they wrote to me that it was stuck in Seattle and that I had the option, that they would send out a new one, at that it would a 100% be there end July, it’s end august now! And no new update for 2 months

I've been waiting since I ordered may 20. When I email I just get the same response. "We just got our container in, expect a shipping email this week" Its the same generic response, week after week. I cant get any real answers. They don't answer their phone or their Facebook messages. And when I comment on their Facebook posts, they get deleted! I spent way to much money on this "summer" end of school gift for my kids. They will be back in school and we still won't have our order!

Same I ordered Basketball about 2 months ago and they have no just quit anwsering phone and email.Now im gonna go to the next level and see what i can do yo get them under investigation, since they made me out to be an liar to my daughter...

I ordered my Son a basketball on May 25th and paid almost $8 for 2-3 day shipping and before checking NEVER ONCE did I see anywhere this this particular basketball could take up to 2-3 weeks because of it’s high demand. I’ve emailed back and forth with them a number of times and in my last email I asked for a full refund and haven’t got a single email back yet. I personally would have never paid almost $8 shipping for 2-3 business days, for it to take over and month now. Needless to say, the emails that I was getting for them saying “We haven’t forgotten about your order” they have now stopped completely, if I had to guess it’s because I asked for a refund. I just want the Basketball or My Money back it isn’t that hard. I would not recommend this company to anyone point blank. They explained that they are a small business and they are working very hard to get orders out, with that being said my family owns a small business and we’d never treat people this way. Totally unacceptable.
