Für Vermieter absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Oft wochenlang keine Kommunikation möglich, man wird vertröstet oder es gibt einfach keine Reaktion. Abrechnung falsch und nicht termingerecht. Man hat einen Mehraufwand den man sich eigentlich sparen wollte. Die Antworten von den Mitarbeitern sind zum Teil lapidar und unzureichend. Von Service ist nicht zu reden.

So far my experience as Landlord using Home.ht has been great. They help me to find a tenant and they manage the communication smoothly. I would have appreciated a better onboarding or a solid FAQ for the basics, but the Support team always answered our questions quickly over email.

Produkt schein ganz gut zu sein, leider ändern sich die Preise witziger weise sobald man bestellt hat, auf ein niedriges Niveau, nach Rücksprache mit dem Büro in Wr. Neustadt, Produkte werden woanders erzeugt, können Sie mir stündlich einen anderen Preis machen, klingt nicht sehr Vertrauens erweckend, Support fällt dadurch komplett aus der Bewertung, weil sehr negativ

Everything was very fast and comfortable. The only remark would be that the contact person changed too many times.

Zunächst gute Erfahrungen, zuverlässige Mietzahlung, reibungslose Kommunikation.
Nach Auflösung des Mietverhältnisses war es mir jedoch nicht möglich, ausstehende Nachzahlungen für Nebenkosten einzutreiben. Der zuständige Sachbearbeiter bzw. Home HT regiert einfach nicht mehr, auch nicht auf Fristen und Mahnungen. Sehr unprofessionell und ärgerlich.

Vielen Dank im Voraus für den Service. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet.
Eine riesige Sympathie und Aufmerksamkeit für andere sage ich nicht nur als Kunde, sondern auch als Mensch.
Heimarbeiter waren immer aufschlussreich und effizient.

Finding an apartment in Berlin is extremely difficult. Home was one of the only landlords that got back to us super quickly and were easy to contact the entire time. The sign up process for our apartment as well as signing a lease was very easy as well. We are American and it has been difficult finding places that will accept payment without a German bank account, but they were accommodating to us and worked with us to figure out bank transfers and payment, etc. I'm very grateful to work with this company and rent from them.

Home has been very helpful since the beginning it's very efficient. We can always relay on home to give us the right information regarding our apartment and our queries and concerned are taken seriously.

So far, still previous to start of rental agreement, but always professional guidance and support.

I found my first accommodation from home.ht so this company always be special for me.

Being an IT professional, I can say that their digital workflow is truly amazing as this is focused on end-user needs and comfort.

They have a truly amazing support portal where you can immediately post your concerns or support needs and their response time is pretty amazing.

I submitted a request for a quote. Got no response, so I emailed them a week ago to check in and see why nobody is responding. No answer. So I reached out to their customer service using the chat function (it says: wait-time: 10 min). After an hour, I got a response and this is what they wrote:
We get back to you as soon as possible.
We have We have thousands of requests and have to process them chronologically.
As soon as it is your turn, you will be contacted directly.
Not even an apology... In response I just said: wow, great service so far... and this time they were quick to respond:
Thank you very much.
We are glad that you are pleased.
So if you want their customer service team to offer you a sarcastic remark instead of an apology for a delayed response, this is the service for you.
I am still a bit shocked...

Sehr gute Betreuung meiner Objekte in Berlin. Frau Cap ist stets sehr hilfsbereit zur Stelle und löste jedes Problem im Handumdrehen.

Zufrieden macht mich bei Home, dass die Verwaltung sehr gut funktioniert und ich damit keine Zeit mehr verbringen muss. Die Abwicklung der Reparaturen verlief für mich als Eigentümer sehr einfach. Auch die Erreichbarkeit ist gut, sowohl per E-Mail als auch Telefon. Man erhält schnelle Antworten.

Ich selbst bin auch Mieter, und weiß wie frustrierend es sein kann, wenn man von der Verwaltung keine Antworten erhält.

Alle Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet.

Es scheint, dass die Firma gerade in München ankommt und nicht mit dem richtigen Fuß. Es ist mehr als 10 Tage her, dass wir unsere Wohnung gemietet hatten und wir haben immer noch nicht die Schlüssel (nur Wohnungsschlüssel, aber nicht vom Gebäude). UND HABEN IMMER NOCH KEINE EFFEKTIVE ANTWORT. Sie können sich vorstellen, wie frustrierend es ist, bei den Nachbarn klingeln zu müssen, um zu meiner eigenen Wohnung zu gelangen. Darüber hinaus waren sie viele Mängel, die nicht detailliert waren, zum Beispiel, die steckdose aus dem Wohnzimmer nicht funktionieren.

Super Konzept! Habe 3 Wohnungsbesichtigungen mit Home ht gemacht und der Prozess war perfekt. Das beste war die Schlüssel in einem nahbeien Kiosk abzuholen und mir so in Ruhe die Wohnungen anzugucken ohne auf jemanden zu warten oder mühsam nen Termin abzumachen. Die Wohnungen waren auch alle sehr gut und auch preislich ok (was immer seltener wird in Berlin).
