Home direct specifically ordered an item of outdooor furniture for me from a UK supplier and delivered to Dublin at no charge. Excellent customer service, would recommend.

Very slight issue with my delivery. Quickly resolved with Great Customer service from Alistair. Would definitely recommend this company. Hope to buy something else in the future from here.

I ordered a fireplace on the 23rd January. We got no indication of delivery time. After a week of hearing nothing, we contacted home centre direct for an update. They advised us at this point that the fireplace was out of stock and would be delivered in two weeks. At the start of the second week, I rang home centre direct to get an update on the delivery as again, I had heard nothing from them. I was told someone would call me back the next day but never received a call the next day or the day after that. I emailed the company for an update to be told that the fireplace wouldn't be in for two weeks. Two weeks had passed since we had been told this originally - 3 weeks since we had ordered it. The company have totally messed us around and have delayed our renovation. The customer service and communication has been so poor. I can't get over how bad it is in comparison to the other companies we have dealt with during the renovation. They might be slightly cheaper but honestly, they are not worth the hassle.

This station is absolutely stunning !!! Worth every penny !! Alistair was absolutely amazing from the start to the end !!! I spoke to Alistair several times on the phone and he’s so friendly, efficient and professional no matter how many questions I asked him he didn’t mind., outstanding customer service , I can’t recommend them anymore , they get 10 stars from me

I came across this business whilst searching for fireplaces online and couldn't believe how competitive the prices were. The fireplace I ordered was sadly discontinued but I was contacted and advised if this and recommended an alternative. Delivery came as arranged and I am delighted with it.

I did visit the store afterwards and was surprised by the range and price of sofas on display. I will definitely go back without hesitation and have already recommended the store to family and friends.

Firstly, I would like to thank Alistair as the Hollywood Pro vanity is truly exquisite and seeing my daughter’s face on Christmas day was so worth the wait !

As mentioned, we did have to wait quite some time for delivery, more so given the vanity is very popular and made overseas and so I was slightly concerned as this was my first big purchase from an online company and time sensitive with it being my daughter’s main Christmas gift. Also not being able to visit the store in person (I’m based in Scotland) however, do not let this put you off as I am so glad that I went ahead with the purchase as Alistair delivered on his promise, whilst re-assuring me along the way (and never a bother) on the lead up to delivery.

I will be shopping with them again, and I have already recommended Home Centre Direct to my family, friends, and work colleagues.

Found this place searching for beds online. Called and chatted to Alistair who was so helpful and ended up ordering online. We live down in Munster so to have free delivery on a frame that came all the way from the UK is impressive. Their stock is impressive and well worth ordering from over any EZ Living store down here! Alistair was also very helpful once I had ordered it and was able to let me know where it was and a rough timeline.

We bought the Opus oak bed frame (king size)

The only thing to call out is that you might need to follow up with them even if you set up an account. Even though my order arrived ages ago it still says "We have received payment for your order, and will be processing your order to begin the despatch shortly". So the bed just suddenly arrived one day when we were not expecting it! So if they sort their website a bit it would reduce annoying emails checking on status 🙂

This is just a small thing so no star deductions for me! I will definitely be ordering again with them. Fingers crossed for some Black Friday deals 😇
