Timely delivery, but missing a piece we thought was coming
We got what we ordered in a timely manner. Wish there was more info as to the parts that come with it though. This model was missing a piece that we had received on previous versions of the pool and when I tried to inquire via chat, I never got an agent and gave up after 15 minutes of waiting.

Better Spa & Best Customer Service
We had ordered an Intex spa, but received a Coleman instead! Having tried to order an Inte spa from several other resources, including Amazon and Home Depot, etc., they cancelled the orders and said that it could not be shipped to us at our Oregon address, since there was a relatively new ordinance against shipping Hot tubs to certain states, including Oregon, without it adhering to new energy efficient regulations.
However, Lucaneo was a real problem-solver by substituting the Coleman, which has a newly/designed, energy-saving, efficient optional use cover, and thus it was able to be shipped to us legally. It came sooner than expected, is a much sturdier and better-designed spa than the Intex and we are very happy to have received it as a substitute!
Moreover, rarely have I ever received such prompt and knowledgeable customer service as yours! If I ever need any other products, which you have on your website, I’ll be sure to do business with you again!

The order came quickly
The order came quickly. I actually ordered this item to raffle so I have not opened it. There were a few dings/rips in the box but looked like it was a box within a box so hopping all is well when our winner of the raffle opens it up.

I have ordered a plug and play hot tub
Update:I did give one star for reasons to follow, but I changed to 4 star because the company explained what happened and sent a replacement right away. They also discounted the hot tub they sent. Thank you for your help in making up fot this. Origional review: I have ordered a plug and play hot tub. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday or Thursday. Today is Friday and no updates on delivery. I went back to my origional email and I need to download the shop app to get updates. I've done that. The only update is that it was ordered. Nothing about delivery. Only contact info on the app is a donotreply sent an email no response. I had to google to get a phone number. Did not sound like a business number. It just said leave a message, which I did, with no response. Is there a customer service person on here that can respond regarding my order?

True to their word.
When I informed them that they sent the wrong product, they offered me a 20% refund or exchange. This was a noble thing to do. I haven't yet put the hottub together, so I hope that all is well with it.
