Now I know why all your reviews are so bad. I placed an order on the 18th of April. I still haven't received this order. Please avoid this shop. Now in the process of getting a refund

AVOID!!! I purchased a mop that looked a lot different in reality than in the video advertising it , it’s a absolute pile of rubbish and this company knows people won’t send items back as it’s in Austria.Also returning would cost a small fortune.I’m definitely reporting this company to trading standards.Might aswell have ripped 3 tenners up and thrown them on the fire.BEWARE

Ordered candles, still haven't arrived, sent an email advised they cannot cancel my order as its in transit, and no point did they advise products coming from China!!!! Advised they are Homefaves 🇬🇧 should have read the reviews appalling company to deal with DO NOT BUY from this company they are not based in the UK

Money taken 22nd of April. Order still not dispatched. No answer. No money. No goods. Avoid at all cost!!!

The video they show for the product is very deceiving.
I bought the Compressed Coconut fertiliser.
The video is promoting blocks around a foot square that expand to 3-4foot in size.
What you get is 6 very small 4inch blocks. They are a total rip off when compared to the advertised product.Stay well away from them😡

I have NEVER given a 1* review before but this Company - HOMEFAVES UK - deserves it. The money for what I’d ordered was taken from my bank account on 5 April. I received an email from them saying “order has been shipped” on 9 April. All the tracking details say “information received”, nothing else! Today, 24 April, still haven’t received the item (a mop) nor is there any further tracking info.
I STRONGLY NOW SUSPECT THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM…DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY COS YOU MAY NEVER GET THE GOODS YOU’VE ORDERED!!!

I ordered the coconut fibre blocks for planting and still no sign of them after several werks. Stay clear.

Ordered the candles they arrived and were nothing like what was advertised they are just cheap and horrible. Stupid me!!! returned the items and it cost me £11 to send them back to Austria. Do not buy anything from this Company absolute scammer’s.

I should have read the reviews on this company take money say the products on the way as yet have not seen it the info from them make no sense I do hate companies that do not give a phone number there is a mobile number but it's not in this country waste of time

I ordered the cleaning cloths 2 weeks ago. I Paid via PayPal. I’m still waiting and so far no confirmation from the company. I wish I had read the reviews before.

I ordered a set of window cloths. They sent me several squares of what appeared to be felt fabric.
They hold so much water they cannot be wrung out.
If you read the comments on Facebook, they sound fantastic. They appear to be fictitious. They are over-the-top and gushing.
Their response was for me to send them a video demonstrating the issue.
I have clearly asked a refund and their reply has been to offer 10% off future orders!
The cloths cost around £15.
I would urge anyone to read Trustpilot before purchasing anything from them.
I am grateful that I haven't spent more with them.

I ordered a torch in December 2023. To date still no sign of my purchase. Like many others I soon received a confirmation of my order email. Soon thereafter I received an email stating that my order had been delayed.
I’ve written off my £22 so congratulations Homefaves on your scam!!
Definitely don’t order anything from this company.

No stars, like previous customers I bought the paint bear, said it was despatched then few days later there was a problem with product.. waited over a week with no update, sent a spicy message no answer, low and behold it was despatched.. the bear was in a state as the paints had broken as the packaging you got was like a 2 year old wrapped it.. actually a dog so the paint was all over the bear.. I used Klarna as they can stop payment going through if you have any problems so I haven’t lost out on any money.. thank fully.. but please don’t use this company, they are scammers and SHEIN, Temu pound shops etc are far better.. so please don’t buy from this company. ✌🏻

I am not one for writing reviews but felt it a must this time.
I wished I had read these reviews prior to ordering. Terrible quality product, took a long time to arrive and when it did I was taken aback by the quality and fit for purpose. The facebook reviews must be filtered as they are so positive.
Homefaves.uk appears not to be based in the UK. The return address is Austria and the buyer has to pay to return cost for the terrible product. Please avoid buying from this company.

Wished I'd read these reviews before I bought the candles. When they finally came, one didn't work properly. I emailed them and was asked to send photos. I sent them back and have heard nothing since, I've tried emailing again, but nothing. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company.

What can I say about this sham of a company. Ordered 2 glow lamps. The one did not work at all!!! The second lasts roughly 90 minutes only when you charge it straight away. If you change it in the morning for the max 5 hours as stated then try to use in the evening totally dead and does not keep the charge. Have had a refund for the first dead one still on 38 emails to so called Samantha and in her opinion won’t refund the other one 🤬🤬🤬🤬 THIS COMPANY PEOPLE NEED TO AVOID

I can’t believe someone below me has written the exact same review as I I want to write about the exact same thing. Spent £15 on a bear with paint and it came without a box and a very cheap plastic bear. I’m really embarrassed as I gave it to my son‘s girlfriend for Christmas And it looks like it cost about £2 I asked for a refund but they wanted it back. Joke of a company. RIP OFF
