Firstly I should point out the deceptive name - HomeFaves.uk are chinese and goods are shipped from China.
Secondly their promises of processing time (1-2 days) and shipping time (7-10 days) are absolute rubbish.
Thirdly their website shows only 5 star reviews yet Trustpilot reviewers give 94% ONE star.
My shipment has now taken four weeks and though the tracking shows it has finally reached UK three days ago I have not had an update....
I have asked for a refund and will refuse delivery and will post an update on that !!!!!!

Why o Why did I not check the reviews, coming up to 4 weeks and still not got item I asked for, and when i do finally get it, looking at reviews I'm sure it going to be broken.

Not received item after 3 weeks ! They advertise on social media with the comments turned off or you wouldn't buy from here . Still away from these .cheaper on temp

I am still waiting for my order from November 20th, really not confident that I will get it.

I wish - like everyone else on here - that I head read the reviews before I purchased a mop from this awful company. The squeezing mechanism didn’t work after the first wash of the mop head, rendering the whole design useless, the casing is really flimsy and will crack soon, I’m sure , and the join in the handle is weak, bends as you press down on the mop, and will also break soon, I have no doubt. Like everyone else, I’ve emailed, sent videos and emailed again, and still heard nothing positive back. It’s like pulling teeth to get any sort of response from support. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a joke and a complete set of cowboys .

Expensive, cheaply made, said it was cut from a really fire extinguisher, it definitely isn't, cheap metal. Bloody awful and not worth the £32 I paid or the wait on shipping. Extremely disappointed with it. Was a gift but it's too flimsy and rubbish to give as a gift, came with dents in too, little bit of bubble wrap and a black bag, awfully packaged. Definitely won't be buying from them again!

I have now located my refund.....
Don't give in for a partial one, keep emailing, hopefully they will give in .Avoid at all costs.
They wouldn't accept responsibility for an item that was damaged when delivered. I was asked for photos and videos.
I was then told that the damage had been caused by usage... It wasn't able to be used!!
I was offered a partial refund... After lots of emails again where I demanded a full refund which was supposedly granted.
I can't locate it and am emailing again to find out where it is.
Can only contact via email, which takes a long time.
Do not give them your business....

I read the reviews too late... I too have ordered the flickering candles that look pretty on the website. I ordered them nearly a month ago & having looked on the tracker, can see that they're still on route & in Bangkok. I don't hold out much hope of receiving them any time soon - if at all. When will I ever learn to check before buying online?!!

How I wish I had checked reviews... Weeks ago I ordered what were made to look like rather appealing pottery flowers with yellow centres, to attract thirsty bees. They eventually turned up today, after many emails chasing them up. Tiny, plastic, no yellow centre. What a total and complete rip off. Do not touch this company with any number of barge poles.

I bought a set of 3 candles with a remote
Control panel didn’t work contacted them 9 times and sent in video at their request
AWFUL customer service btw you can buy same items half the price on website SHEIN which is great straight from China within couple days

Don’t waste your money. I bought the grey flickering battery candles as a Christmas present. Very poor, cheap quality which I couldn’t give as a present.

Checked on trust pilot yesterday about a product from this company . Wasn’t having much faith in getting my product. So went on their site with my concern.Just with coincidence product delivered same day. However I think their follow up could need a little help , such delivery times or tracking.After all that pleased with my bread knife.

Wish I had also read reviews about this supplier. Ordered a blanket on 12/10/24 for a present as it was advised as 3 day delivery! Various e mails requesting delivery and carrier were met with - ‘we want to reach out to you, please advise name, email address , postal address and order number’. (Despite the fact that all this info was on the email they sent me.) My replies were ‘ you already have this info’!
Item eventually received on 29/10/24 - too late for a present.
Glad I didn’t give it to anyone. It looked a bit cheap, no washing instructions, no makers label and not sure what materials were used in its manufacture! Also it was going to cost me money to return it back to - Austria.!
It’s not often I deal with a new supplier, but lessons learnt. I will not be buying anything from this company again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone.
I agree with the comments from the majority of purchasers giving them 1 star.
You have all been warned. Buy at your peril!

Very bad quality items at expensive prices . Purchased waiting for 3 weeks delivery and when arrived socked by the quality.

Homefaves looks like they are based in the UK, their website even states that they 'ship orders within the UK'. They are based in China. So unless you are happy to wait a month+ for delivery do not use. Their 'customer service' is only contactable by email and will state your order has been dispatched when it hasn't. I will be reporting them to trading standards for false advertising.

Crap takes forever to deliver.

Terrible service. Ordered a carafe two weeks ago. Hasnt arrived. E mailed them and no reply. I think this company are scamming people out of their money. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I don't think I will get my money back. Lesson learnt. Don't buy anything from Facebook or Instagram.

Well I waited for this product . Took weeks to arrive. What a load of rubbish. Paid £15.00 for a small plastic piece of rubbish. If I sent it back it would cost more in postage and no doubt would have to wait for the refund. Avoid this company

Ordered ages ago, should have used ebay or Amazon...they must use a water buffalo and cart to transport goods through China, Russia,Ukraine and Europe...

Thank the Lord for the reviews as I was just about to order 😲
