Your staff is very responsive. Any questions that are asked are answered promptly. They are kind, patient and professional. They do a good job of keeping in touch until issues are resolved. It is easy doing business with the Solutions Group.

Good client's relationship
Good client's relationship, but messaging to clients needs improvement. Inadequate information regarding premium payment options. All options for premium payment should already been on the company's website instead of having to contact an agent to assist in setting it up. This is unacceptable to me!
