Very good product with excellent locking mechanisms.
Only one reservation is the bulkiness of the window handles; particularly noticeable on a smaller window.
Superb delivery times and collection from warehouse is an easy experience.
The guys in Bracknell are very customer focussed and a good team to deal with.

26 separate issues with our order and installation and then still the company did not want to fairly reimburse us. Very stressful and troublesome company to deal with. It seems like nothing worked with the new IT system and many people have also left the business. Be careful!

Home Hub supplied and fitted an Origin Gable window and Schuco bi-fold doors. The process worked well, the products are fantastic the service was excellent. I had an initial problem with the Origin window but this was resolved fast and efficiently by Home Hub.

The lantern roof arrived on the date promised. there was some issues but the installer discussed with builder and sorted it and installed to our satisfaction.

Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend them and the doors look fabulous!

I recently bought my front door from this company and I couldn't be happier. Miles cheaper than any company I received a quote from. Great staff, installation went smoothly and an excellent fitting team.

Laurence, the manager of Home Hub Bracknell is quite possibly the most obnoxious, pompous idiot I have ever had the misfortune to meet. His staff aren't much better, and the customer services of this office are non existent! My order was messed up, and I could not get hold of them to discuss this until I had to physically drive down there in person. No contact from them for weeks on end, no updates as promised, until I drive down there again. The owners way of dealing with unsatisfied customers is to give them a refund and wash his hands of them - leaving the customer to make good the mess they have left behind. Appalling and unacceptable way of handling the customers that keep you in business! I will be contacting the manufacturers of my door to report Home Hub, as I am sure they do not want their good name associated with this bunch of cowboys.

We received excellent support at point of sale from showroom staff in Bracknell , they were friendly and knowledgable. The quotation was detailed and well presented. Survey was conducted soon after and the order process was excellent.
We were kept informed about installation. Although they had to delay this by 3 days, they gave us plenty of notice and booked us in as first call, so no inconvenience.
