If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Good luck trying to return something and getting a refund. No one there can explain what their "admin fee" is or what costs they "incur" when a brand new, unused product is returned.

Homepro Gym is one of the greatest app.i like it so much.very easy to use and they are so reliable.thank you for your good service.

Product was defective and as of this writing, customer service still has not issued a refund. Horrible customer service and shoddy, defective product.

I really love home proGym online store. It amezing site . Products are very helpful for ny family members. Highly recommended.

Don't buy from this website, here are the reasons;

1. The products they sell can be bought from an app called AliExpress for $10-$40 (where they buy cheap and sell extremely high on their website)
2. Their lifetime warranty is a bogus, you still need to pay for shipping fees for your new equipment to be shipped to you which cost more than the equipment's real price (you lose money over this and they gain more instead)
3. Most of their ratings are fake, bought or used bots from India to generate "good reviews" to lure you in.
4. Don't make the mistake that I made. I bought a set from this website without doing my research properly. Do yours so you don't spend hundreds over a set that china made and sells for $40 or less.

I purchased it and opened it up. Equipment looks good, but no carabiners to hook the tubing to the bar. Looked for an instruction guide/ equipment list in case I was missing something but no guide either.

They offer good quality items and they deliver on time.I ordered the body band set and its elasticity properties are good.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Money hungry liars.

They are also breaking the law by putting a devalued price on customs import labels.
For example the charged me $100 Canadian and put a value of $15 on the package.

These products are available on Amazon or Ali express for a fraction ( for exactly the same thing ) of what they are charging and they have returns policies.

Home pro gym HAS NO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY. BUYER BEWARE!

Company had plenty of time to turn things around but they smugly hide behind worst review policy ever.

I have reported them to Canada customs for fraud.

You can see the reaction to a negative review by calling me Karen. Wow. Mature company.
