Return customer once again highly satisfied
Following the success of my new windows and doors in january 2026, I did return to Home smart for an internal glazed door to my home. Chimney repointing and Conservatory roof installation
HomeSmart carried out two separate jobs at our home on two separate dates. The builder who repointed our chimney was polite, friendly, worked efficiently and the job was completed to an excellent standard. The other job was to install conservatory roof insulation and once again the fitter worked quickly, was polite, friendly and the finished project is absolutely perfect.

Guttering replaced
Lee and Marcus from HomeSmart replaced some leaking guttering in the front of our house. As always the work was conducted very professionally. We’ve had several jobs undertaken by this organisation and would recommend them. I’m sure you could get the work done more cheaply elsewhere but not, in my opinion, to such a consistently high standard.

Garage door installation
The garage door installation team arrived on time. They said they'd be done in two hours and they were. They were courteous and worked quickly with no need for us to there. They cleaned up after they had finished and left everything clean and tidy. I was impressed with the finished job and instructions given on how to use it.

Excellent customer service from sales, fit and aftercare
This is the 2nd time we have used HomeSmart for work on our house. We were very happy with the work on doors so we booked them to replace our large flat roof. From sales to aftercare the service has been excellent. Even when we had a small leak after the old material was removed and we had very heavy rain, the fitter Matt was back out to us within 30 mins to resolve the issue and get us watertight again. There was initially a bit of date changing on start date due to weather conditions but in the end work was finished a few days earlier than had been originally planned on booking. Lovely helpful, polite staff on the phones. Fitters were hard working and focused on the job. Would definitely recommend.

Great service
We have been very impressed from start to finish with our new windows. The team we dealt with; salesman, surveyor and fitters were excellent. The fitters did a great job and were helpful, tidy and friendly. They even fixed a couple of pre existing minor issues, which was very kind of them.
We had a few marks on a couple of the new windows (glass) which were rectified without any fuss. Communication from start to finish was excellent. After our experience we would definitely recommend this company.
