Homgar Avis 

We bought a so-called squirrel proof bird feeder from this company and the squirrel has chewed the plastic so much that the metal parts have fallen off and the perches have been gnawed off completely. It is now entirely useless. I contacted the company through their website over a week ago and have had no response whatever. Now what?

Last year I seen some bird feeders what said for the small singing birds to get food from turns out that the crow's are the ones getting the seed out of the feeders i bought those especially for the small birds priced between 29+30 each

The person I spoke to was very helpful told me which feeder to use was very pleased would fully recommend.

Really quick delivery, robust feeder at a good price, does the job of keeping everything but the small birds away. Have even seen a Robin on the feeder today, They have never fed from any hanging feeder I have used before.

I have had 2 x roamwild squirrel proof bird feeders with suet balls in (the good suet from farm) outside for coming up to 12 months in my garden. In nearly a year I can honestly say not one single bird has came near them. I truly wasted £60 on these feeders. Don’t think the birds have any idea what these are!!!!

Superb product Roamwild Pest Off Bird Feeder is great at deterring crows, magpies and squirrels. So impressed with 2 I brought brought another. Recently contacted Homgar as one feeder was malfunctioning. Liz in customer service was really helpful and friendly, getting to the root of the problem quickly. They replaced the part of the unit that was damaged, after asking for photos, free of charge. Arrived quickly. Adam too was really helpful in providing hanging advice for feeders. Altogether great customer service! Would recommend.

I purchased a parakeet proof feeder from Homgar but the parakeets proved more than a match for it. I ordered a baffle to defeat them but it got lost in the post and new supplies out of stock even with the manufacturer. Disaster! I contacted Adam at Customer Services and he managed to not only locate one for me but get it in the post within days. I am so impressed with this company. They not only sell quality products but have exemplary care for their customers.

The broom was delivered in good time and packaged splendidly.
It is made of sturdy material and should last for a considerable time. I haven’t used it for every eventuality yet so only time will tell.
