the feeder and bracket arrived earlier than stated, not a problem. It was well packed and easy to put together and position in the garden. the local blue/great tits are having a party .

Raid after raid from greedy Magpies resulted in a broken perch on my Pestoff Birdfeeder. Happy to say that I didn't have to replace the whole unit as Homgar were able to supply a replacement bottom section and my birdfeeder is back in play!

Awful customer relations and sharp practice.
Even though I had legislation on my side (distance selling regulations) and amended my order 2 days in advance of shipment, this bunch of cowboys still sent out my original order of 2 feeders. After receiving a positive response from Liz it appears that her staff failed to carry out her instructions to remove one bird feeder and repack in order to comply with my amended order. There was plenty of time to do this before the courier picked up the package. The firm had plenty of time to read my email requesting amendment, chose to ignore it and proceeded with my original order. I have written again but they have ignored me. Money grabbing; and unethical in my opinion.

Great product , keeping both Squirrels and Pigeons off the seed

Excellent product, has a lot of problems with pigeons eating the seed and the suet balls in the containers I had. this has stopped the problem and only the song birds can now eat

I had the nyger feeder which after a month the birds had taken no interest in at all, preferring the feeder with sunflower hearts.
I knew from facebook that I could purchase a new or replacement lower section for the feeder which would convert the feeder to a different food use.
I contacted Homgar received excellent customer service and advice and within a few days received the lower unit enabling me tto convert the nyger feeder to seed feeder and giving the birds, especially the finches, what they really wanted! Sunflower Hearts.

I have bought a variety of bird feeders from Homgar and they are excellent. Keep squirrels and large birds away from the food while the small birds can enjoy. Had a small problem with them, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Great all round service from this company.

So pleased with this although the multiple squirrels in my garden wouldn’t agree. It has so far thwarted every attempt by them to yield any peanuts at all.

This is the best feeder ever for small birds and really does prevent the bigger birds from using it n eating all the food.

I had a problem with a broken perch and the company immediately responded and sent me the replacement part.

I would definitely recommend both the feeder itself and customer services. Very impressed

I had a problem with my bird feeder so emailed Homgar. They responded really quickly and identified what the problem was and suggested the spare part I needed. It solved the problem and the feeder now works

I now have 4 of the roamwild feeders and am absolutely delighted with them, they give the small birds peace to feed and reduce the number of magpies and pigeons which are in the garden.
Would highly recommend, they are lovely we’ll built feeders and the small birds love them!!
