Honest Dog Company Avis 

I have 5 little dogs and these additives are excellent, I have a really fussy dog and she will eat and drink when she wants, if all else I can get her to drink chicken broth! I do wish I can alternate the broths on my scheduled orders, it appears that I have to cancel it and re order.

The product itself is great and my dog likes it. The issue I have is that I thought I had made a one time purchase however, it seems I have inadvertently signed up for a subscription which I never intended. I have spent today attempting to cancel the subscription without success. I accept I will have to pay for this latest batch on its way to me but I want to ensure the subscription is cancelled. Numerous e mails sent today with “links” sent back that don’t work. Depending on the response will depend whether I ever order from them again. Feeling frustrated.

Great service. I ordered bone broth for my rescue dog and I was sent a free dental powder. The bone broth is excellent and my dog absolutely loves it. The dental powder is truly amazing. No more smelly breath. I still brush her teeth, only because she lets me 😂 but it didn’t stop the smelly breath. I will be subscribing to both. I highly recommend these products and I’m sure we’ll be trying some others. Thank you ☺️

Edit: I have since received a full refund, which I appreciate. That said, it’s disappointing that it took a negative review to reach this outcome. I would have hoped the issue could have been resolved fairly and promptly without needing to share my experience publicly.

My cats wouldn’t touch the Chicken Bone Broth. They simply sniffed it and walked away.

I contacted the company to request a refund under their advertised “60-Day Money-Back Guarantee”, but was told that the guarantee only applies to unopened products. While I appreciate that this may be their policy, it does make the guarantee feel somewhat misleading, as consumers already have statutory rights.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend either this product or the company’s customer service. The response I received was disappointing and did not reflect the level of support I would expect from a business promoting a money-back guarantee.

So I cancelled my subscription and I was sent an order which was cancelled ! This is the email I received from company ! Also asking to pay for tracking to ensure their product is safely return! I will not be using this company again product is awful the powder is so sticky and doesn’t mix at all even with hot water my dog refused it even in his food as powder ! They are refusing to send refund or even offer any monies back ! The product is not good, even other dog food companies in the past have refunded and even said to keep products as they know when they have made mistakes , clearly are decent companies ! I will

Unfortunately my dog hates this product.
I contacted them within the week and have had no response.
Contacted them again - still no response.
The quote a 60 day return and refund policy.
Unfortunately this seems like a total ploy.
Also not easy to mix. It congeals when warm water is added.
Total waste of money.

The fact that bone broth and other things your company produce are natural, organic and suit my dog…Natural is the best…his digestive system has been much better since I have introduced them.

I was looking for a natural broth for my greyhound and saw this company online.
The ingredients are brilliant and the healthiest I’ve seen so thought I’d give it a try.
Dasher loves it with his food and as a treat in his bowl when the weather was hot. The free dental powder is brilliant too. Would highly recommend.

I am a real sceptic when I read about support for my poor lab who has early arthritis in her elbows; I am therefore delighted to say that I am beginning to see an improvement in her mobility! It’s early days yet as she has only had the beef bone marrow for about 6 weeks, but I am praying she continues to improve!

My Yorkshire terrier just sits and looks at her dinner until I pour the chicken bone broth over it, only then will she eat it, she absolutely loves it.

My two bullies love the Honest Dog products. The powder bundles are great value. We have many Green Lipped Mussel which has been amazing for my boy who suffers with a bit of arthritis. Goats Milk which they go nuts for, Pumpkin Powder too. Would highly recommend and delivery is always very quick.

It doubled in price on subscription so I cancelled it, I’m not paying £31 a bag! Had an email saying someone would contact me to discuss this………………

To make a liquid broth it does not mix very well, but clearly the taste is very acceptable to my dog.

Quick delivery. Great product my dogs have a drink of warm goats milk every morning when they wake up. Equivalent to a cup of tea in bed. Dental powder going down well too. Well done.

Terrible
Very unhappy with customer care,it's none existent.
I cancelled my subscription a while ago,as my dog did not like it.
I returned the two unopened seconds batch pouches to them and had to pay postage.
I also cancelled my subscription with my bank.
Have all the emails to prove this.
Had to constantly contact them for my refund on the pouches only. Eventually they paid.
Some months later I receive a pouch in the post
No warning of them sending me an order
Nothing to say delivery on its way
And nothing to inform me they would be taking money out of my account,which was cancelled.
Messaged them
Someone will be in contact with you to sort this out.
I'm still waiting and they are not answering my messages either.

The beef broth is fantastic. My daughter's dogs love it . Her elderly husky has been unwell and it has made him feel better after only 4 days .I can't thank your enough . We thought he wouldn't be around much longer but he seems like he is back to his old self .
