Fantastic service and advice
Helpful, professional and seamless return policy. We had originally purchased a bike and decided to swap it for a larger one, Horacio made the return process so easy and organised a courier to collect and return the original bike. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us through the process.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. I emailed questions and had immediate replies that were helpful and informative.
When I ordered the bike for my son it was delivered within 3 days. I was very impressed!

Beyond satisfied
The purchasing and delivery process was trouble free with excellent communication from Horacio Bikes. Around six months after purchasing I had a problem with the rear brakes not working. I contacted Horatio Bikes and they immediately worked out a plan to replace the brakes.
After sales service is perhaps the best I have experienced.

Reliable bike and excellent support service
I recently got the BLAZE M1 29" Mountain Bike in a beautiful pine green colour, and I couldn't be happier with it! It feels sturdy and well-constructed, just right for what I need, and I really love the shade of green. It's perfect for me. The delivery cost was fair, and it arrived fully assembled at my house in Brisbane. I had a small issue with the tyre valve when I first inflated it, but I received full virtual support from Andy, even after hours. He also speaks Spanish and guides you through the process with clear instructions, photos, and videos to make it easier.

Great experience
Great bike , good value and super prompt delivery all the way from Brisbane to Townsville.
Bike was easy to assemble, all tuned up for a ride .
Only negative is the seat feels pretty cheap , but at that price point it's still a bargain !
Will be my next bike here again!
