I used Horizon to manage 2 apartment blocks for me and they were superb. Excellent communication and took genuine care of my buildings as if they were the owner themselves. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company. Took over the block management of our block in Wigan after a right to manage claim and brought the service charge down whilst maintaining an excellent service. I would definitely recommend.

Horizon does a great job managing our block, Chris Nathan, Joe and Katie look after us so well. It feels as though they look after our home as if it was their own. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always working hard for us. We have a lovely home and they help keep it that way, finances managed, safe and well maintained. Thank you all.

I’m not going to lie – the additional Demand for Payment as a result of the consultation was not wanted and if I could give it back I would! But I appreciate (and we all want) the works to be done to our building in Nottingham and the way Nathan and the team took the time to explain the process and answer our questions was appreciated.

Horizon have provided an extremely professional and reliable service to our development since coming on board with our residential management company. Our grounds are extremely well-maintained and they provide a very quick response to maintenance issues. I've been very impressed by the overall governance structure and how they work with the development directors to provide accurate and timely financial statements, estimates of works and administrative support to the freehold. They say it how it is and don't confound you with jargon.

Horizon have been managing our Grade 2 listed building since April and are helping our Leaseholder group restore it after a long period of neglect by the previous block management company.

Everyone that I've dealt with at Horizon (particularly Oliver) go above and beyond, are very responsive to emails, and genuinely want to help us.

As a property investor I have to deal with a number of block management companies and Horizon is one of the very few that actually seem to care about doing a good job.

I deal with Oliver, nothing is to much trouble' they definitely go the extra mile' looking for ways to reduce costs on our grade 2 listed manor house isn't easy but again they have managed it no increase again this year and fairly substantial savings' well done all at Horizon

Horizon Management were appointed as the Managing Agent for our apartment block, Eaton Court, in October 2023. Since their appointment, we have consistently received excellent service.

The vast majority of our contact with Horizon has been with Oliver Sacks. Oliver is courteous, understanding of our needs and concerns, and takes prompt and positive action to address any issues that arise. Oliver's communication is excellent.

Joe has been fantastic, great communication and always more than happy to help.

I’m a tenant in one of the Blocks Horizon manage in Bradford and I had issues with my front door, where I got locked out of my apartment twice in a week.
My Lettings Agent Leef Property Management were utterly useless and did not respond in a prompt manner, even though this was an emergency situation.
Oliver Sacks, Block Manager at Horizon Management was extremely helpful, apologetic (even though this issue wasn’t his fault) and incredibly understanding of my situation. He was very prompt in helping me and he kept me updated by taking the time and effort to call me every few minutes, so that I could access my apartment.
Today the contractor Mark, that Oliver arranged, arrived within a short time and was so efficient and helpful.

_Much better than our last managing agent. Some people really need to get a grip as to their expectations in an industry which is pure negativity where everyone expects a champagne service on a beer budget. Thanks to Nathan for dealing with us. Even if some of my neighbours are grumpy at times!_

They manage regent court in Sheffield , they charge high maintenance and the whole block is filthy , they said there is a cleaner there everyday …. Sadly I can’t upload pictures to prove …

Avoid this company at all cost .

Nathan was exceptional at our AGM at providing technical details on the Right to Manage process. We're not clients of Horizion yet - but we soon will be!

Horizon only took over my block a few months before I sold up so I only have limited experience but it was all positive. Very helpful, professional people.
