Worst Experience Ever: Unprofessional Team, Complete Waste of Time and Money!
I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience with hosterocean com. Every 10 days, like clockwork, they restrict my cPanel access, and I can’t even log into my own hosting account. To make matters worse, when I open a support ticket, they take 2 days or more just to send a single, useless reply. They never actually resolve any hosting-related issues either. Because of them, my website stays offline for about 20 days every single month. This hosting is complete garbage. I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay far, far away!

Poor Judgement and not willing to pay for services
This company is based in Pakistan and is renting a virtual business address from us in the UK. They stopped paying us and were using our address for free for approximately 2 months. When we asked them to pay the back dated charges and explained to them that we do not permit free use of our service they initially refused to pay. They eventually paid us but very reluctantly and were still complaining about it to the end, expressing how upset they were that we were not letting them use our service for free and were asking them to pay for it. Unbelievable that they do not understand the basic concept of if you use something you have to pay for it!

I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. We acknowledge the delay in payment due to unforeseen circumstances and promptly made the renewal payment upon realizing the oversight. We were prepared to pay any late fees incurred. However, the issue escalated when Icon Office began demanding additional payments without clear justification and resorted to threatening behavior, claiming unauthorized use of the virtual address.
At no point did we expect or request to use your service for free. Our concern was with the unprofessional and intimidating tactics used by your team, which made us reconsider continuing our business relationship. Despite our willingness to resolve the matter amicably, the aggressive approach from Icon Office was disheartening.
Furthermore, I am disappointed to see the unprofessionalism displayed by your team in coming to our Trustpilot profile to leave a retaliatory review. It appears that Icon Office is being run by individuals more interested in revenge than in maintaining professional standards.
I have referred several clients to your service in the past, but given this experience, I have advised them to reconsider their association with Icon Office. They have already expressed their intent to cancel their services and will undoubtedly share their own reviews based on their experiences.
We are committed to maintaining professional relationships and ensuring fair and transparent dealings. Unfortunately, in this instance, the approach taken by Icon Office left us with no choice but to seek a resolution through proper channels.
