We had a great weekend when hiring hot tub service great

Amazing hot tub hire from installing it so it was ready to use in 12 hours, to taking it away. Lovely and relaxing for me with the massaging bubbles and great fun for the grand kids.

Great hot tub, delivered on time, efficient set-up, and worked well.
At one stage we had to ask for advice on how the water heated and we were given prompt and helpful advice.

Great service from start to finish. I was kept informed on everything from delivery to pickup and how to use the hot tub. Even having a number there 24/7 should things go wrong was great. Fully recommend using this company. This was a great addition to our Hawaii themed New Year’s Eve party. Thank you ☺️

I had often contemplated hiring a hot tub, now wish I'd done it sooner, it was fantastic!
We used it everyday even when it was freezing on the last day, we jumped in before breakfast. Our teenage daughter loved it as did her friends.

Got a hot tub last year for a week and we absolutely loved it. Steve was so lovely, explained everything we needed to do in respect of the cleaning and maintenance whilst we had it. Spent ages in it each day. No doubt we will get another over the summer. Thanks again!

Hired for a week over February half term. Weather was stormy so didn’t get as much use as we could have done. However the gazebo stayed up through all the storms, the hot tub stayed at a good temperature and we used every opportunity we could. Previously hired a lazy spa - this was so much better ! Would definitely hire again.

I booked this last minute for a weekend at home on the Wirral and it was delivered promptly. I left instructions and when I came home it was perfectly set up and starting to heat up. The temperature was perfect and maintained throughout. Plenty of sterilising tablets were provided. The tub was pristine.I would definitely use this company again.

Steve and his team were amazing. They were in the area 2 days early so we got an extra 2 days at no extra cost. Delivered and set up very quickly, no fuss at all, and same when they picked up. Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Hired for a birthday surprise. Really easy to arrange. The guys arrived when they said they would and did all the setup in no time at all. Step by step information provided to get the best out of hot tub.

Booked a hot tub in June for my wedding anniversary in September, booking was confirmed by Lee on 22nd June.
When I didn't receive a text with a delivery slot I contacted Lee, message was read but not replied to, second message was delivered but not read and subsequent texts came back with the message "not able to deliver". After reading all the positive feedback here on Trustpilot saying what a nice guy Lee is, I am most disappointed that he couldn't even do me the courtesy of replying to my texts. Not impressed!
Only gave 1 star because I had to.

Amazing experience! Hired thur until Monday but lee collected tue morning so got extra night for my birthday weekend. cant thank him enough as it was so amazing! 100% clean and all three of us used it to the max x looking on making regular booking as a treat.

Arrived at exactly agreed time. Tub was immaculate. Lee set it up and explained simply the functionality. Also collection was easy as team emptied into public drains and dismantled all very quickly. Lee responded to my call on sunday as I had a question. Great value and excellent service. Will order again and I have recommended to others.
