Hot Tub Hire Wigan Avis 44

This is our second time using Hot Tub Hire Wigan. Hot tub arrived and installed so easily, likewise when collected. Excellent, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub was immaculate and worked fantastically well. The back massager was my particular favourite. Whole procedure from booking to collection is so easy. Would highly recommend.

Great communication from Lee. We have hired hot tubs from Lee several times and are never disappointed. Great service, friendly and always turns up on time.
Looking forward to our next hot tub later in the season.

If I could I would give it more stars, staff were amazing from start to finish answering any questions very timely. The hot tub itself was spotless and had no issues with it the whole week, easy instructions sent for use and a minor clean mid week which was simple and quick to do, the experieince was loved throughout by both adults and kids, you may just want to lower the temp a notch for kids but that is personal to each person of course :-) I would highly recommend this company and hiring a hot tub if you have a special occasion, it will make a little extra special :-)

Hired a tub the week of storms Dudley and Eunice (guests visiting and had pre booked beforehand).

At the agreed time the guys arrived to set up the tub and gazebo, securing it firmly and gave guidance on maintenance.

When Ste called to arrange the pick up he asked if we managed to get much use out of it and when I said that we’d managed to get in three of four times over the week he said he would offer us the same special offer price for another week over the course of the year.

100% satisfied with the service received and would recommend to anyone.

We have hired the Hot Tub a few times. Every time it is delivered on time, set up for us.
We really enjoy it every time, no problems at all with delivery or service.

In February 2021, we booked a hot tub, for 4 days, from 6 September. We ended up communicating with Lee via text. On the 18 August, having received no further communications, we text Lee to confirm our booking for the 6 September. He advised we ‘were in the diary’. We heard nothing more from Lee. Today, the 6th September, I rang the company asking for an ETA, only to be told Lee is an ex-employee, who treated them badly and is now setting up in competition. We were also
told we had been crossed out of the diary, possibly by Lee, before he left. So, here we are, on our week off, without the hot tub. Thank goodness it wasn’t booked for a special occasion. If the company knew Lee had gone rogue, I would expect the company to go through the diary, contact the customers, explain the situation and check if the customer had actually cancelled. The fact this was not done, seems odd to me. It doesn’t matter which member of staff I dealt with. Lee was acting for the company regardless of whether he was doing as they wished, or not. The company is responsible, not an individual, and they need to take accountability and offer compensation. However, there has been nothing in the way of a goodwill gesture, from the company. We have been looking forward to the hot tub for months, and are so disappointed. The company merely said there’s not a lot they could do and suggested we contact Lee!

Great service and the hot tub and gazebo were fantastic! Lee explained and sent pdf instructions for using the hot tub, it was nice and simple to use. Definitely recommend using this company, reliable, honest and hastle free! Thank you Lee

We've had the pleasure of a hot tub and gazebo from this company recently. Delivery/set up and collection, was fast and efficient. Lee sent us all the information we needed to refer to for the upkeep and use of the tub. Loved the hot tub was a brilliant birthday surprise for our Sons "lockdown" birthday. A solid hot tub not like most I've found to hire online.
We will definitely be rebooting again soon. 10/10 from us.

Lee and family were extremely helpful all the way through and communicated in a timely manner with any queries. They are all friendly and polite. The tub was great and we enjoyed the time we had immensely. Given we hired in January the weather was changeable including snow (!) but the gazebo was great quality too.

Really easy to arrange, Lee really nice and he responds quick so it's all hassle free. Hot hub and gazebo were spot on and full instructions are given (written and verbal) about how to look after it and use the chemicals. Would definitely recommend (and have done to several friends already!) and absolutely will book again.

Fantastic service, I was kept informed on when delivery would be made and collection will definitely use again and recommend.
