AMAZING customer service
AMAZING customer service!
We were originally only supposed to have the hot tub for a week, but ended up having it for 2 weeks and we enjoyed every second. Lee did a great job explaining how to take care of the water and made sure we understood how to use the jets. We’ll definitely be making this a yearly thing to do in the summer. Overall, a really lovely and friendly service!

I would definitely recommend Hot Tub Hire Wigan and I would use them again. Delivery, explanation of how-to use and collection were all really easy. The team were very helpful in agreeing times and days. The hot tub itself was very high quality and exactly what we wanted. Great service.

No hesitation in using them again !
I wasn't there to oversee the installation, however, everything was fine and Lee was so helpful providing instructions over the phone.
I wouldn't hesitate using them again and hope to do so in the near future.
