Really happy with my purchase from Hot tub Master, I cannot fault my solar stream hottub at all and it’s High quality. the whole experience from order to delivery to aftercare was exceptional, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Ordering through to delivery, The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, received emails with the Hot tub instructions and use of chemicals so we could read through before delivery,Electrical information supplied for electrician, The delivery guys were fantastic, as we were in the middle of a pandemic, can't thank them enough as it was the hottest day of the year,
The Support Team are always happy to help with any queries We may have, also lovely to receive follow up calls to make sure everything is ok with the hot tub.

Julian was very helpful, explained all the options available on the hot tub, we got a Hunter Y and it was delivered quicker than expected, installation was very good, still waiting for the extra winter cover but was told this would be following shortly.
