The guys arrived at 9 o clock in the morning and were gone by 10:30. They left me to wait on the tub to fill and then a simple call to their helpdesk to get a quick familiarisation of the tun controls. Simple and easy to work with, would recommend. The hot tub is brilliant BTW, we are a family of 5 and are in it virtually every day since we got it a couple of months ago.

We had our job tub installed early July. The 2 installers v helpful in terms of use, what to do/not to do etc and we had a follow up call this week to make sure everything ok. V happy customer

Excellent service from start to finish. We asked for the hot tub to be delivered before my 50th birthday in lockdown and it was. Made my celebrations although limited so much better! Great product at a great price :-)

I ordered the nova stream 2 hot tub and from ordering to delivery the service has been 5 star. Everything was straight forward even with the current COVID guidelines the delivery was smooth and efficient. We have recommended to our friends who will also be placing an order after there holiday. We would highly recommend the nova stream hot tub to anybody looking to order this hot tub. The 2 loungers are really comfy and with the three seats we can all fit in comfortably without having to squeeze. The instructions were all emailed beforehand. If we could of changed anything we would of paid the extra for the set up as it took us a while to figure out how to place the filter in etc.

Well, it was a pleasure doing business with them, so easy from the start, kept up-to date throughout the process and the price was great too, professional installation as well, if you want a hot tub then this is the place to go

Excellent value for money, the hot tub was delivered by 2 very helpful guys, who positioned it and explained everything clearly about setting up and using my spa. I chose a 13 amp version and the only difference in performance seems to be that the heater switches off whilst the pumps are on, however the temperature only drops by about half a degree over a half hour period so it's no problem. Simple to self install, clean, and use and good support from the company if needed. Would highly recommend them as a supplier.
