House Clearance Collective Ltd Avis

We were able to book in a full house clearance with a deep clean with a weeks notice. Raj went through everything that would happen and kept us up to date when finished etc.The care and detail they took whilst doing this was outstanding! After looking at the house after the clean it looks like a completely different house. We cannot thank the company enough at a very difficult time.

This company did an excellent job clearing and cleaning a family member's property. Raj was very accommodating and managed to fit us in at short notice. The property was in a particularly bad state and Steve & team did a remarkable job clearing, lifting carpets, cleaning and tidying the garden. Communication was excellent with Raj keeping in regular contact and sharing videos upon completion. A job very well done! Thank you.

Very professional service, turned up as quoted and did a first class job.
Site staff were excellent, polite very willing and knowledgeable.
Raj talked me through what happens on the day and was very helpful.
I would certainly recommend.

Raj responded really quickly to my request for a quote for house clearance and cleaning. Within a few hours, having sent photos of the house, I received a quote and offer for the work to start within days.
The clearance and the clean were completed thoroughly, and I’m very happy with the end result.
Raj kept in touch throughout the process - this really helped as I was arranging this from a distance of 400 miles.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company’s quick and professional service.

The service was very good from the start. I submitted an online request and Raj called me the next day, then followed up every aspect of the job until complete. She was very professional and helpful. The men turned up on time and were friendly and very efficient. It was a difficult job and involved moving a heaving piano. I would recommend this company.

Great company to deal with...they did a great job clearing out my late fathers house and tidying up the garden, very punctual, polite and kept me informed at all times - no job was too big or small for them..would highly recommend

The service was very efficient and easy to organise. The staff were very friendly and able to answer any questions posed. I would use the firm again if I had to clear any goods. I would highly recommend them to other people requiring their services.

I found the whole process from beginning to end very straightforward. This is the second time I have instructed this Company tor house clearance and have been highly impressed both times. Raj was quick to respond to my initial enquiry. The work was carried out quickly, to an extremely high standard and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this Company.

Raj and Fraser were so polite and helpful and the house clear was made easy. Fair price, good service and would definitely recommend.

Ben and his team at House Clearance Collective are fantastic at what they do and they are extremely professional and approachable for anyone. They take great care of their customers and really provide a fantastic service to people that need their houses cleared.

I am the owner of Range Property Investments and Ben is a partner of mine in business in terms of property & marketing. We provide the property sales service for Ben's clients and that means we can provide his clients a full service from clearing the property right through to selling the property.

If you're someone who needs a property cleared, I'd highly recommend Ben & House Clearance Collective.

I am a property investor and landlord.

These guys helped me clear out a house I purchased and ripped out everything.

They were very responsive, professional and easy to work with. The prices were very reasonable too.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a property cleared out.

Jordan

House Clearance Collective Ltd were quick to respond to our request. Fast and very efficient with the quote, clearing and cleaning of property.
Even though we had a wee hiccup because of possible asbestos which hindered them. They were there ready to finish the job as soon as we got the all clear from the lab.
Great big thank you to the whole team for all you have done.
Would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time.excelent service. I would recommend this company to anyone

This company dealt with a flat which had been left in a shocking condition.
There had been cats left on their own so there was cat dirt every where in the property.
The tenant had left rubbish absolutely everywhere,at least a years worth of food containers piled in every room.
The guys who came to to the clearing were amazing .they got stuck in and had the place emptied in a few hours.
The cleaner who went in the next day was fantastic.she spend the whole day cleaning .to the point where I could see the flat come back to being an inhabitable property.
Thanks guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helped me after being let down by another company. So happy they did! Nadien, Shaun, Graham and Steven were so helpful and efficient. I couldn't fault their very hard work whilst managing to be very polite and friendly. We struggled to clear my parent's house as there was so much to deal with but the guys made
short work of what we couldn't! They really did take the weight off our shoulders and I can't say thank you enough. Would 100% recommend them

From start to finish the whole team has gone above and beyond during a very difficult time. Kind and concise on the phone, quick on the organisation and professionalism throughout the whole process as we cleared my fathers flat after our bereavement.

The actual clearance was quick, professional and they were able to be flexible about sone last minute donations despite me being 300 miles away. The whole team calm and so kind at such a difficult and stressful time.

Can’t recommend them enough !

Super people. Very rapid response - came on New Year’s Day to do a loft clearance in St Andrews. Friendly, polite, tidy and clean; most efficient! My 89yr old mum was dreading it but delightful Sean and his team did the mucky, heavy job in no time and you wouldn’t know they’d been, except the cluttered loft was now spick and span for the new owners. Highly recommended!

We used the company to clear my
Dad’s house which needed a lot of clearing and cleaning. The team did an excellent job, The team did a great job and we were very happy with the end result, would highly recommend
