House Clearance Collective Ltd Avis

Ben (Fife House Clearance) organised a clearance at short notice and Harry and Ricky cleared the house in half a day. They were very hard working, I can't thank them enough. It was easy to communicate with Ben - who was very organised and professional. I would use them again with no hesitation.

I found both the men who arrived to clear upstairs in my dads house to be friendly, and hard working. They were able to get the job done in a sensitive manner while negotiating a staircase with a chairlift fitted. They did not stop once till the job was complete.

The customer service and communication from Ben was excellent. House and garden cleared to a very high standard and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Ben turned up and was very professional and the clearance was done very well and in a great time. I would recommend his company down to the fact that there was great communication. There was quick removal and Ben was professional in his approach. No nonsense and would use his services again.

No complaints, fast friendly efficient would use them again👍5☆

Excellent service ..Thank you ..Professional and communication was at it highest ..
I recommend these guys 100%..

Superb customer service from the start and a great job in clearing and cleaning a property. Being 400 miles away from the flat it was good to have a knowledgeable, local company that could manage everything for us. Ben and the team were great at communicating throughout and made our lives so much easier. I'd highly recommend them!

I can't recommend these guys enough. Ben was so helpful and professional and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire clearance process. Work was carried out within 24 hours of enquiring and they even worked around my tight budget. It's not easy dealing with illness and going through a tough patch but these guys made it simpler and were very efficient and helpful. If you need a clearance carried out then this is the company to hire.

Our house clearance yesterday went very smoothly. Could not have asked for nicer men(well one man Harry and younger boy.) Everything taken away without any problems and when finished again went round to check everything was done. Done to our satisfaction, could recommend this company and will recommend to friends. Definitely big thank you for your service and help. Andy Main.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Very professional. Ben and the team took care of clearing and cleaning my parents house following their passing. I am no longer in the UK and Ben went the extra mile to video the rooms in house once they were finished. I was reassured this was in good hands.

We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

From the initial contact and meeting with Donna to discuss the clearance of my late fathers house everything was dealt with efficiently and kindly. The 2 young men turned up on time and worked tirelessly until nothing was left. Very pleased with job and price paid. Thank you for helping at a difficult time.

Really happy with level of service provided. They did everything they said they would and made the process easy.

Nice guy pleasure to deal with and the job was done when he said Quick and clean. Spot on thanks

Very pleased with the professional compassionate service House Clearance Collective, Ben in particular provided recently whilst arranging for and clearing my late mothers home.
As you will appreciate, not an easy time for the family. Ben listened to our requirements and ensured his team conducted themselves sustainably with the utmost respect and compassion for my Mums possessions.
I thoroughly recommend Ben and House Clearance Collective.

Very efficient company cleared the house and organised a painter and decorator also. So easy to use and Ben was so helpful and kept in contact every step of the way. Great price and service no job is to big or small for this company.

Extremely efficient house clearance service.
We had to clear a relatives house quickly and House Clearance Collective responded quickly and efficiently.
The two guys who came were very courteous and respectful of the items being removed.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Was great, stress free breaking up my mums house the lads that came to do it were friendly and left the house spotless didn’t have to even go in and sweep up, and all done in a day can’t thank them enough.

I couldn't be happier with the service and dedication the team showed. From initial contact, meeting to see what was required, the work done and the final flourish of cleaning, it was all fantastic and quick. It's not an easy time dealing with family illness, resulting in a suddenly vacated family property, but Ben and the team were brilliant and understanding throughout. If you find yourself in need of a fast, friendly and very cost effective service, call Ben.
