Wanted speedy delivery of a specifc Fridgefreezer unit which was hard to find in stock elsewhere. Houseko, helpful on the telephone to check details and specifics about reversing hinges, delivered next day on time and all at an excellent price !

Neff Hobb - Excellent Customer Service
We ordered a Neff Hobb for our new kitchen. We didnt unpackage it for about a month until the kitchen was complete. We were very disappointed to discover on unpacking it that it was damaged and there were imperfections. We were initially told we should have reported the damage straight away on receiving the goods, however Maria from customer services was excellent, she listened carefully to our complaint and explained the process to be followed, which led to the Neff hobb being replaced and the damage one collected all within a couple of weeks. Maria was informative, communicative, and turned us into happy, satisfied customers, hence the 5 stars for excellent customer service.
We are delighted with the Neff Hobb N70 T27C59S0.

1st Class customer service
Customer service from this company is 1st class, the young lady couldn’t do enough to help & is a credit to the company. Delivery is as stated ( order before 3pm get next day delivery) communication with courier was excellent and as promised my fridge was there at 10am next day. I would use this company again with out a doubt.

Purchased the armchair on tuesday and received it following monday. It was within their delivery period so all cool. The only thing i can complain about is that i havent received any details as to when it was going to be delivered so i was lucky i was home on the day it randomly got delivered.

Easy order and great company
Easy to order an item. There was a query on my Mums order. My email received a very quick, polite and helpful response. Very quick delivery and even the delivery driver was great.
