Your communication is bad

An item I ordered was out of stock and refunded - that was great that the refund was processed

However, I have emailed multiple times to see when the product I wanted would be back in stock - or if permanently out of stock - radio silence. Really disappointing

DO NOT use scam company! Ordered 5 weeks ago, still not delivered. I’ve called & emailed multiple times. No reply

3 orders for the 'same' product produced two different tile sheets. Same finish; but of different sizes. House of tiles does not answer their phone, do not reply to my emails and don't respond to the messages on their website's message service

No stock. B&Q took the money, I expected to be finishing my bathroom last week. Then going directly to House of mosaic, no stock so I thought maybe they had enough samples but no, took my money but no mosaics. Don't offer goods that are not available. Is this what AI gets you?

Excellent service and product quality

I needed only 1 specific tile to finish a job started some time ago and the tile had been discontinued in my local retailers. I found the tile in Houseofmosaics. Whilst browsing the site I noted the wide range of totally different tiles available. The service received was excellent. I was kept updated throughout. I will definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them.

I never received my order. They never responded to emails. Reported them for fraud to my bank where my bank have refunded me.

I’m short of one tile and I can’t get it anywhere had the samples of it available on site and after my order was accepted the refunded me the money and I still have one tile to find to complete my kitchen

I still haven’t received my order. Sent a message but no reply. Finally found a number on google no one picks up. They sent my order by Royal Mail but didn’t pay enough postage. I was sent a card by Royal Mail asking me to pay £3.50. I’ve already paid £5 delivery. So I requested a charge back from my bank. Scammers. Avoid them at all costs!

Very good price. I had already purchased the same tile from an upmarket retailer and paid more than double. The well packaged product arrived within a couple of working days. I was extremely impressed.

Got sample but the small speckle tile bit are too dark as the work tops are white with speckle bits and the sample didn’t have any black tiles in it
Not sure if you do a lighter speckle bit

Not the best- I would avoid. Ordered sample tiles which were so poorly packaged that I ended up with broken bits of glass all over the floor when they were put through my letterbox! I emailed the company a few weeks ago to say the samples arrived broken and I’ve still had no reply. Very poor customer service. Save your money ( even on the samples) and shop elsewhere.

Ordered wrong item, cancelled order immediately ... Week later still waiting for refund.
Has been reported as fraud to bank

Order still not received and no reply to email one week after ordering. Website states "dispatched the following working day" and delivery timescale 3-5 working days. Order hasn't even been dispatched. Very disappointing.....

The glass and quartz samples i ordered arrived broke and cracked. Packing could have been alot better rather than rolled in some bubble wrap. Lovely tiles. When will they be back in stock so I can place an order ? 🤞
