Bestelling gedaan op 17/12/2023 Low Air chart Belgium. Op 3/01/2024 mail gekregen dat het in vertraging was. Op 23/02/2024 proberen bellen. Website offline, telefoonnummer buiten gebruik... Het lijkt me dus dat dit bedrijf in faling is.

Never received our order, no reply to email, avoid this website. We lost our money!

VAT number is still valid today. Fraud reported to the authorities

Ordered and paid a model plane, never received a track and trace. Never got my order. Send 2 mails, never got an answer back. Avoid this shop.

Op 25 september 2023 bestelling gedaan... vandaag 31/12/2023 nog steeds niets ontvangen...

Ordered and paid for a VFR chart that was in stock and should be shipped within a working day. 3 weeks later, I still haven't received anything. They do not answer their emails and the telephone number displayed on their website is no longer in use. Feels like a scam. Avoid this website!

In juli 2 modelvliegtuigen besteld, ondertussen nog steeds niks ontvangen. In augustus/septemver al via mail contact opgenomen, geen reactie. Via Facebook Manager toen wel reactie gekregen en 1 van de 2 vliegtuigjes was niet in stock waardoor er nog niet geleverd was. Ze vroegen wel of ik een terugbetaling wou of nog wou wachten, heb toen gekozen om te wachten. Ondertussen nog steeds niks ontvangen, geen updates, bij vragen op mail of Messenger geen antwoord. Echt zeer ontevreden over deze bestelling en klantendienst!

Ordered and paid for model plane only to be told that it was out of stock but new stock coming in two weeks. Two weeks came and went and no update. Emailed asking for an update, no reply. Then emailed twice asking for a refund, no reply. Messaged on Facebook, again no reply! Managed to get my refund back through PayPal, luckily. Otherwise it would be seen as theft. To ignore a customer like this - with no acknowledgment, no update and no refund - is disgusting- this is not how you should be running a business. Will never buy from this place.

Ordered on a Sunday because of a 10% flash sale that day. Next (working) day, everything was shipped and nicely delivered on time, the day after. Packaging also was firm and not too big. So the VFR chart arrived scratch free and nicely in the mailbox.

Delivery was fast. There was a mistake on their end and one of the people of the postal office decided to deliver all the way to the Netherlands to fix the issue. They really care about their costumers!

I bought 2 miniplanes at House of Pilots: two models of the Brussels Airlines fleet: more particularly 'Aerosmurf' and 'Amare' (2 models of the Belgian Icons fleet).
These are Airbus A320 models on a 1:200 scale and they're made with such an eye for detail.
I was also very impressed with the fast delivery (I received them 1 day after I purchased online) and there very friendly service.

I recently purchased a TUI fly Belgium Boeing 787 Dreamliner Scale Model from House of pilots and I wanted to share my thoughts on the product and customer service. I was really impressed with the fast and reliable customer service I received, and my order was delivered the next day which was great.

The model itself is absolutely stunning! The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is such an impressive aircraft and having a scale model of it is the perfect way to show my love for aviation. The 1:250 scale size is perfect too as it's large enough to showcase all the details of the plane, but small enough to fit on my desk or shelf.

Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the shopping experience I had with House of pilots. If you're a fan of aviation, I'd definitely recommend getting this scale model.

House of Pilots has fantastic prices, great assortment, fast shipping and friendly service. I ordered an E6B flight computer, and i got it for half the price that i would've paid for it in Denmark. And my order was at my door two days after i placed it, and it was shipped all the way from Belgium to Denmark! House of Pilots is definitely my new go-to pilot shop😄
