schengen visa…

I would like to review schengen visa experience with House of tour. They take full advance payment month in advance to the visa. There is chat service where they will connect which i found not helpful.as i did not get response in time..and the complete set of documents and responsibilities is on oneself ..they just provide checklist...and we have to arrange it right.even the application forms filled needs to be checked by us and there were mistakes which we identified.Moreover there is no follow up pre and post visa schedule.
My experience was not good.

Commendable Team of Houseoftours

Once again or simply saying this is fourth experience wherein i been taken care by the wonderful team of houseoftours. I had applied for USA got visa, applied for Schengen got Italy visa, applied for UK i.e. under process, Canadian visa under process this weekend going for niometric. Having said that all my journey started from 24th Jan 2024 when i applied visas through houseoftours. Rajeesh Shaikh had been very keen in prparation of USA visa file, Miss Emy have been very quick n efficient towards my case preparation with proper guidence as per canadian law. she always been there to support n clarify all points and she is having commendable sense of responsibility to deal with her client. Best thing that i have noticed Emy n all other houseoftour staff is very cooperative and even on holidays weekends they are in contact. In the end i pray for good health and continued support n guidense to their clients. Good luck to all new clients.

The worst I’ve encountered

The worst I’ve encountered. Recently hired their services for my Europe trip. Unfortunately, I have to say that this agency has the worst customer service and support services I’ve ever experienced. Trying to get assistance or even a response from them is like pulling teeth. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Worst experience

Worst experience. This agent has zero knowledge in visa application process. I got my Canada visit visa application rejected on the same day of biometric. Once paid their fee, they don’t respond to us.

A same-day rejection right after biometrics? That shouldn’t happen. If your application was that vulnerable, it should have been flagged well before submission. Our job isn’t just paperwork; it’s guidance, clarity, and support - especially after payment, not just before it.

We've been auditing visa rejections from March 2024, and yours is a case we’d genuinely like to revisit. If you're open to it, we’d love to get a senior visa specialist (not your original handler) to review what went wrong and what should have been done differently.

Extremely good work by Rajeesh at house of tours

Rajeesh was helpful along the way in the whole process. Had to go back a couple of times for amendments. He did it and reviewed it a couple of times and was extremely understanding and helpful along the way. I would definitely recommend this company and him personally for his professional and thorough approach

This is my 2nd experience after getting approved my US visa, I asked especially to get services of Mr. Rajeesh, whom I feel is very kind, keen and focused on his clients. Houseoftours is branded scammers in the region with well trained staff who may receives commission on every confirmed payment. Make the payment and see.you will be having the same experience as me.. I am traveling whole world for ages, This is the first time I approached them and they gave me a good lesson after payment received..
They will call you 100s times a day till you do online payment. then we needs to remind them every time.

Very bad ....
1st class in scamming and 3rd class in service...

A very bad experience!!!
I contacted them to get a Schengen visa last September. Initially, when they were explaining things to me about the visa proceedings, everything was very good. One guy named Irfan (not sure whether its his real name or not) was handling my case and was following up really well until I made the initial payment (their charges). Then, after the payment, suddenly, my case was transferred to a person called Emy. She was very non responsive from the start. Whenever I messaged her with any concern or a query, reply used to come after a couple of days or more, and sometimes no reply at all. When the appointment date was nearing, there was absolutely no clarity to me about anything, as I wasn't told/instructed anything by HoT. Luckily, I had a friend, who's in Europe, who instructed me to do what all needs to be done and so, everything went well for me. Only good thing that came out of HoT's 'responsible' case handling is that now I know exactly what to do to apply for Schengen visa because except for the appointment and insurance, everything else was done by me (there are actually many other things to do). So, I, personally, will not recommend any friends of mine to contact them for visa purposes. (I give 2 stars for making me well versed in Schengen visa proceedings)

Be careful, they are scammers. They will first convince you by showing visa success stories, and then later after they have taken the money, they don't care whoever you're, therefore beware of this service; they engage in deceptive practices. Initially, they showcase success stories with visa approvals to gain your trust, only to disappoint later when they have pocketed your money. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to cooperate become apparent once the payment is made. Despite being charged 300 SAR as service fees, the visa application was never submitted due to incomplete documentation. To make matters worse, I ended up paying an additional 1000 SAR for attestations and travel expenses, all of which proved to be a futile expenditure since the Spanish visa application was never processed. Exercise caution and consider alternative services to avoid falling victim to their scam.ll not cooperate any more. They asked to pay 300 SAR as service charges but Visa application was never submitted due to documentation was not complete. I paid almost 1000 SAR extra for attestations and travel but all went to waste because application was never submitted for Spanish visa.
They have fixed number of templates which they copy/paste for every visa applicatoin. They will even buy insurances on your behalf which are mostly non-refundable even the application is not submitted.

I have now compiled a case against this company and am in the process of submitting a formal complaint to the Dubai Police, as well as to the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai.

Be carefully

Yesterday I received WhatsApp messages from them and they sent me some visa opportunities. But I wondered how they got my number. If they are efficient in doing that better request the payment on a done base. Once the visa is completed then only transfer the payment. Because whatever the payment in advance is never refundable in case of rejection also agents make money only clients lose.

This is first time I dealt with this company for canda.They are not able to complete the visa application files.They are not dealing with me in a professional way 5 times I called them on the given number but they are just manipulating,our team will call we will do , but they don't have proper system to listen client even when they took money after that they will not answer you back, literally I am too much upset not body helping me if any one tell me how to complain in Kuwait ministry please bail me out.All agents are inexperienced and unfocused related to clients work not serious for the clients need till the end of their visa, they are also doing bundles of mistakes every time. Bad customer service and lack of follow-up. Vinod ,andersh Mohan, sreelakshmi these clints dealing my case now I am contacting them , not responding at all how I will get my visa status and the company’managemnt paying them uselessly, I feel they they are just playing with people this very bad... Please please be aware of them save your time money and visa for rejection, if anyone can see my review from their management kindly take action.
