Hoverboardpro Avis 240

NEVER buy from this company on their website promise of free next day delivery. Ordered a hoverboard charger on that basis and eventually received it 8 days later after numerous emails, requests via messenger.

They don't respond to any communication.

Dreadful customer service.

I cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic high quality product. My 9 year old daughter loves it. The customer service is excellent.

The Battery pack was as described although it did not fit into the original plastic box (no matter) but now our 'Hummer' is alive again with a new, delighted owner. Delivery issue - not sure if HoverboardPro or DPD error hence I've knocked a star off!

Called me back when they realised they had a missed call from me - impressive in this day of online sales. I spoke to them to clarify something then ordered online. The Hoverboard turned up 24hrs later and was as promised. My daughter loves it - was an xmas pressie.
It would be great if they supplied some protective tape for the vulnerable edges or at least had mentioned this as an option but otherwise, all good.

Had to chase up order as I waited nearly 10 days for a 2-3 day delivery. After contact my order was re posted and git delivered on time. I don't think the original order I placed was ever posted

Initially Hoverboard didn't work on arrival. Contacted customer service. Rapid reply and sent replacement battery free of charge. Working perfectly now. Whilst disappointed didn't work well at start, the customer service and rapid sorting of the issue was excellent. They were really good at sorting the issue so would recommend as genuinely good service in the end.

I'm really unhappy with the service I have received. I ordered a battery on 30th Dec with a named day delivery of 31st Dec between 7am and 3pm. This didn't show up. I emailed them to enquire about my delivery and they apologized and said the pick up had been made early and my order was completed afterwards. I accepted this as it as new years eve. However, I have recontacted them on the 5th and 6th of January as I still haven't received it and they are not replying to emails. Better communication is needed as I am having to contact them to find out what is going on!!! I have no idea if I am likely to get my order.

I initially ordered a hoverboard but this wasn't available so went for the same model but in a different design. I had spent time checking safety standards were met and a Samsung battery was used.

I then received the order in a bashed box, nothing to confirm what I had ordered, or documenting that safety standards had been met or a samsung battery used. Instructions may as well not been supplied as they don't make sense!

I have since went online to contact seller but the website has been suspended!!!!!

My sons are happy,money well spent for their birthday gift.
