Given the premium for my modest life cover of £8pm I was surprised at the level of detail in the questions - it took 50 mins to go through them : all on the phone. It felt excessive !

Just Exellent
Can't really fault everything Howden helped us with. We were looking for a switch in health insurance and Aaron was amazing from the start and helped us through all the details and got a very good quote for the switch. Plenty of forks for us in terms of what we could be offered but it was all laid out and he helped us make the right decisions for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable and never felt like a sell more of an advisor working for us. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Very efficient service. Rafael found out what my main needs for the insurance were and suggested a health insurance plan that I couldn't beat elsewhere for value. I was up and running within a couple of days, including my looking elsewhere.

The ease of speaking with Saffron Hogg, who explained all of the procedure and policy excellently and without jargon was a major plus. The procedure was explained at every stage and followed up quickly by email. Highly recommend Howden for setting up the policy. The proof of the quality of the insurance will not be known until needed.
