Very helpful broker
We had loads of questions but Macey was very patient and helpful. She gave us the answers we needed to make our decision along with a little expert guidance, but was not at all pushy. NB this review on applies to setting up the policy.

Ben Hurley from Howden's made the whole renewal process much easier.
I had run a price comparison after a hefty hike in my health insurance premium and Ben had called me for a chat. We agreed a call back at a suitable time for me and it made a refreshing change for someone to call when they said they would! He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what I needed and looked at the best options to get me a much more reasonable quote with switch and save with the cover I needed. It was much easier having someone to help with the whole process.

Made switching health insurance providers really easy
I was looking to switch health insurance providers after receiving my most recent renewal quote, which was outside of my budget. I used the Howden website to get some initial quotes, and after this was put in touch with Mark to go over some of the options. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. We went through my existing policy coverage, and he was able to help me find a matching policy elsewhere that would save me about £300 annually on what I'd been quoted by my current provider. I've now received confirmation that the policy transfer has gone through successfully, and has probably been the most straightforward policy switch I've ever done! Highly recommend.

Family health insurance quite
Very good experience. Managed to get upgraded cover for £100 per month less thank my renewal quote. Setup, confirmation and payments all easy to complete. Pretty painless experience.

I recently arranged an Income Protection policy through Howden Life & Health. Although I have not had any experience with making a claim yet, the process of arranging the policy was smooth and straightforward.
Sophia, who prepared my quote, was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout. She took the time to answer my questions and explained everything clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
