Purchase a phone battery through my CC, payment processed through the bank. Claimed there was not order every though received a confirmation and order email. Had to follow up with them and unless processed through Pay pal they weren't able to find my order.
Prompt delivery, new battery installed in laptop with no problems. Highly recommend this company.

I wasn't sure which was the correct replacement battery for my laptop so sent all the information I could. They came back with a suggested battery and I had to confirm the wattage. I did that and ordered it. I then looked at some reviews and my heart sunk. But I got an email to say it was despatched on 29/7/20 and it arrived at my home in southern NZ on 8 August. I have inserted it and it works exactly as it should. I have sent a compliment for the service I received which I cannot fault.

Extremely poor service. I ordered a battery more than a month ago. They are neither supplying the battery nor even refunding the money back. There is hardly any communication as the company does not come live and does not want to share any telephone contact. I am totally disgruntled and disappointed and would urge everyone not to make any purchase on this NZ website.
