Simply excellent value better than anything else out there
Simply excellent value!
Incredibly useful tool for senior HR professionals and inhouse employment lawyers. The insights shared by Daniel Barnett, Darren Newman and other guests are great, as are the conferences, templates and other 'hacks' on offer to members. The additional programmes which are heavily discounted for members are huge timesavers - and the big USP is how they are expertly written in simple, plain English for non HR/Legal professionals to understand - which is a skill I will never master.
Being a member of the HRIC is an absolute must!

The HRIC is an invaluable resource for any HR professional, whether working for a company or as a self employed consultant. The advice, support and professional updating from the HRIC team is second to none, as is the opportunity to share experience with all members of the HRIC community group.

I have been a member of the HR Inner Circle for a couple years
I have been a member of the HR Inner Circle for a couple of years now and have found it to be a great resource. The magazine which is issued monthly is fantastic and contains interesting information and is a great read. The Vault contains lots of supportive tools including audio recordings covering relative information for current issues, including holiday pay for example. There are templates and digital copies of the magazine which are very useful. I also really enjoy the Facebook group, there are some fantastic members who have helped when I needed it. I have been provided with some great advice and recommendations for professionals to work with to get the best results. I would highly recommend the HR Inner Circle.

The HR Inner Circle is invaluable for any HR professional, whether in-house or consulting. It offers many tools, including a monthly magazine, interactive Facebook group, Q&A sessions, and regular conferences. The information is always timely, and I am really comfortable knowing it is a reliable source. I would not be without my membership!

HRIC - why would you go anywhere else?
I would endorse all the other comments made. The HR Inner Circle has a varied selection of resources you can use. From the Facebook group, the members website (which has a raft of historical data that you can access) to the regular training and Q&A sessions. The support team are excellent too. I would say the HRIC is a must for any HR professional

The HR Inner Circle is a vital resource for any HR professional and especially if you are independent consultant. The range of information, advice, support etc is second to none and Daniel's ability to distill information quickly and conscisely for his audience is excellent. His seminar on the new harassment legislation both frightened and energised me to get my clients policies up to date but also to provide some training to ensure that clients and their workforce are up to date. Great service and fab resource.

Exceptional HR Support
I have been a member of the HR Inner Circle for a number of years now, the resources are really good, practical and no nonsense.
All the team are exceptionally responsive and always happy to help.
I would suggest all HR professionals with a specific interest or involvement in employee relations sign up and see what support you can gain. I really rate it and will continue to be a member!

Invaluable resource to HR professionals
As a HR Professional, this is just a priceless resource. It can be overwhelming to know where to look for guidance on topics you have not dealt with before (you can never know everything in HR). The community are supportive of each other, the updates are well written and not overly 'legal', the publications that come out are consistently great and I consider the whole resource to be great value for money.
I would highly recommend HR Inner Circle to other HR professionals.

Peace of mind and fabulous support
When I started a new role as HR Manager for a large construction company, I joined the Inner Circle and would recommend it to anyone in HR, either consultants or 'in house' professionals. The Daniel Barnett Policy Suite will save you hours and give you the added benefit of peace of mind, knowing you are providing the right updates for your organisation. The Q & A sessions are invaluable, and I find it so interesting hearing other peoples dilemmas. Where else can you have free access to ask the leading Employment Law barristers in the UK for advice regarding your problem? Not to mention helpful tips from colleagues in the Inner Circle family.

A must have for HR!
I joined HR Inner Circle within the last year and within that time the support and guidance have been great. The resources are fantastic and I would highly recommend joining. A definite must for those in HR.
