HSL Chairs - Norwich Avis 

The service by Michelle was exemplary - could not have been better. We had time and space to try chairs; ask questions; clarify; great tea and biscuits!!
The process was clear, open and honest. We cannot wait for our chairs.

Efficient, friendly and very helpful

Delivery team Paul and Numan were great but have to wait yet again for a “technician” (from another firm) to come (some time!) and fix the 2 elevator kits to these over priced and not as comfortable as expected Stressless chairs -
plus the leather polish kit is coming by post !!! What a really terrible experience for us two “oldies” 96 and 88!!

All the staff from the show room, the demonstrators in our home and the delivery people were informative kind and efficient. The chair has helped my husband enormously to sit and stand. Many thanks.

The chairs were delivered as planned and are very comfortable.

The chairs are really good quality & extremely comfortable. Michele at Norwich was very helpful & knowledgeable. The delivery guys from Wroxham were great, they helped with removing our old, very heavy sofa & put it on our trailer for us. They were very careful moving the chairs through to the lounge. Head Office were not great, they advised that the delivery would be between 8.30 & 12.00. By 12.00 nothing had arrived. I rang the show room to be advised that the chairs were there & would be delivered by 2.00pm.Head Office should not have given us the times of 8.30 to 12.00. A woman from Head Office rang us to discuss the mess up & was less than helpful, I could hear her shouting all over the house. Eventually I got her to agree to a refund for the inconvenience & to confirm in an e mail. I still hadn't received an e mail by 5.20pm the next day & had to phone again to chase this. This time the person I spoke to was helpful & I now have the e mail.

Hayley and the gentleman that came with her couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! They made every step of the process so easy. I purchased the chair they showed me that afternoon from rhe Norwich showroom and the lady I spoke to there was also delightful.Thankyou so much to all at HSL.

We were welcomed at the HSL store in Norwich and immediately put at our ease. The assistant listened to what we had come in to see and directed us to it but suggested it was possibly not the best choice (possibly a bit of up selling here but....) for us. Her advice made sense so we went ahead with the purchase spending over £1000 more than we intended. We are, however, very satisfied with the product so no complaints and clever assistant.

The home visit team of Hayley, Jane and Liam made two visits to my home. They were very helpful and considerate to my needs. I felt under no pressure at all. They were a real credit to the company.

We were given personal, attentive service without feeling pressurised into decisions, and the advice was excellent.
They lost one star because twice, both on the original quote and then on the order, they specified the wrong fabric on some items, and had I not noticed the error on the order, it could have been both disappointing and expensive.
However, as soon as the error came to their attention, it was corrected without ado.

Not the cheapest but a fantastic service from start to finish. Especially liked the idea of a home service, as my mum was unable to visit the showroom to measure her for the chair we bought. Delivery service by Paul and Paul was excellent.

I can't leave home to visit showrooms. Prompt home visit. Helped me choose a chair for a tall person. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, took into account my husbands Alzheimers.

Right from the lovely lady in the showroom to the ordering to getting a phone call and email to tell me when my chair was going to be delivered to getting a call from Ashley and Cameron to tell me they were just around the corner and would be with me in ten minutes, every thing went so well and i am very happy with my new chair.

Jane was very helpful. She gave me plenty of time to make a decision and didn't push me in any way. I was given time to use all the features and to decide if that was what I wanted. Sh we e was very patient.July

My Wife and I were greeted at the Norwich store entrance by a lovely lady Sales person who made us feel welcome with a genuine smile and welcoming voice. Throughout the process, which, by the way was a painless and enjoyable experience there was no pressure whatsoever and everything was explained in full in a professional yet very friendly manner giving us ample time to absorb and discuss if necessary the information offered. Well done HSL.I can now look forward to the delivery of my new chair with Well placed confidence.

Informative and friendly staff, especially Jane. In addition there was no pressure to make a purchase just detailed info. Follow up visit to make the purchase was just as helpful and friendly.

Well looked after by Jane. Not rushed but patiently discussed various sofas and chairs, also materials. Advice on best for our comfort.
We haven't received our furniture yet so can't offer any information further at the present time.
